And Aditya become a good guy again now he kicked Malini out of the house and won me over with more talking more lines closer to the original and seeming like he is properly into the role now so now actually doing a good job for the last few days for me not slapped fish wet lettuce anymore.

I like Gashmeer Aditya better still over Charlatan Venki Aditya as he didn't even put the effort of that Venki role into the Dark Aditya but Venki won me over as Good Guy Aditya the last few days as Aditya he is better as the good guy not the Villian with Malini version.

Groping is literally touching someone without their consent. That’s the same thing as forcefully restraining by holding them under the chest. Everyone should just be damned concerned to not hold someone below their chest— respectable women and judges may specify how many inches below the chest is considered not sexual— when literally an active bomb is twenty metres away from them. Anyhow, please specify the appropriate area to uphold a woman in a life-threatening situation from your many years of experience in rescue/evacuation operations? Aryan wasn't trained anyway

Secondly, does any court of law allow someone else to assume consent or lack thereof on someone's behalf? Has Imlie ever stopped or later objected to Aryan touching her? The arm grabs in the earlier episodes were horrible, and he got bashed by us left and right. Arm-grabbing in itself doesn't constitute sexual assault. I don't remember a time when Imlie has stopped Aryan from touching her normally.

The only time Imlie has stopped Aryan fron entering her space was when he was entering her mandir. She stopped him, and he respected that

Imlie has explicitly asked Aditya thrice to refrain from touching her and coming in close proximity with her

1. When he came in to talk to her after the mirchi eating kand.

2. When he grabbed her hand after Aryan had brought the t-house for her

3. Twice in the dooriyan episode day before yesterday.

That's not even considering when she couldn't wait to get out of the photobooth.

Imlie is not someone who's scared of reiterating her boundaries. Instead Imlie impulsively touches Aryan all the time and compels him to touch her too.

If I were to file a case against Aryan on Imlie's behalf aur woh apni chhoti hilati Hui Aryan ke gale lag jaaye toh judge toh mere discomfort ko ghaas bhi nahi dalega na?

No I didn't. This was the definition provided by her: "fondle (someone) for sexual pleasure roughly or clumsily, or without the person's consent."

See the 'without the person's consent' part?

Not being trained does not give him an excuse to touch her inappropriately. He could have grabbed her arms, legs, anything (besides the sexual areas of the body) and that would be fine. But he chose to restrain her by holding her under the chest which looked inappropriate not just to me but neutral viewers like my mom who are not even fans of anyone.

She was objecting him in that restraining scene itself. It didn't stop him from restraining her. But of course, you'd say that because of the life-threatening situation, wouldn't you? Situation or context is no excuse for touching someone inappropriately, full stop. It's not like Imlie's arms or legs or were amputated or something.

I guess it really is a matter of perspectives but it looked wholly inappropriate between a boss and employee. They weren't a couple yet for him to hold her with such familiarity.

Regarding filing a case, I know it is tricky to assume consent on someone else's behalf, especially women. Therefore, I think it is best practice for men to ask for consent from women explicitly (if not in a relationship or married). A boss (no matter how fond of employee) never touches his employee like that without risking facing a lawsuit.
