Adi was in full protector mode for his Jhalli today. He has regretted not being there for Imlie when AC had hit her. So today he was not going to let AC near his Jhalli😎. Adi's "Bas" was terrific. It startled everyone & warned them that Adi is not going to listen to anyone today in his defense for Imlie.

The simmering anger in his eyes was just phenomenal. He had banked it due to the situation but one wrong move from AC & he would have unleashed all his rage😈.

Imlie's stance also changed from cowering to confident once she saw her BS becoming a shield for her against AC. Great transformation there as well👍🏼.

Why do I feel this time when Imlie turns and AC tries something, Adi will come like a savior and bajaoo AC. That may be the confrontation that was being discussed between AC & Adi. If yes, I would love to see both Imlie & Adi take their turns at cutting AC down to size.

I have to mention the Loservedis now as I did see their scenes today.

DC- This man is a spineless loser & will remain one forever. He was silent throughout his confrontation with Malini when she started talking about PD, Meethi & Imlie. He knew his secret is out & he just stood there pitying himself. He couldn't even give a basic sorry to AC & Malini for deceiving them for so long. All his thoughts were focused on himself- how he has lost Malini's respect & will lose Imlie's as well once she knows the truth. No thoughts given to what his wife & daughter must be feeling. LOSER😡.

AC- This woman is just hopeless. She has stayed with a cheater for 20 years even after suspecting that he had cheated. And today when her doubts were confirmed her reaction was typical for her- her husband was an innocent naive child who got seduces by the evil village woman & now she has sent her daughter to get her money's worth🤢. What a pathetic human. Berates her husband daily but doesn't have the guts to give him a kick & leave his ass😡. No sympathies for her.

Devi ji: I cannot begin with how messed up this woman is. She just bulldozes over everyone in her selfish need to prove her own mahanta. She truly has taken it as a competition with Imlie in mahanta. Otherwise there is no reason that explains her chaotic behaviour. She feels Imlie sacrificed Adi for her & became mahaan. So now she wants to fight for Imlie's right to her birth father so that she can also prove her mahanta🤪. She is not taking into account that the person who actually suffered- Meethi & Imlie - have no interest in getting justice from her loser dad.

She wants to stand up for Imlie's rights but cannot say anything other than stop it mom when her mother is trying to abuse Imlie. Why can she not strongly oppose her mother? Just token stop it is not going to stop her mom & she knows that. She is never going to be able to stop her mom. How can she then say that she will fight for Imlie? Ridiculous over inflated self opinion😵.

Also she refuses to acknowledge that Imlie doesn't need her saving. She doesn't need her to be her saviour. She has Adi & T fam as well as her mom & Dadda to stand up for her. Plus she herself is strong enough to fight for herself. Again this all is her need to feel like she is the sole saviour for Imlie who will fight for her & do the mahanta of accepting her as her sister. Imlie's own wishes & rights do not come into this. Devi ji wants to do it, so she shall do it.

I also think that it is a tactic to re-establish control over Imlie & through her over Adi. She knows that once Adi-Imlie marriage truth gets revealed & Adi divorces her, she will not have any rights to control them. So now by establishing an actual sister relationship with Imlie, she is trying to have the right to have a say in Imlie's as well as Adi's lives. She actually doesn't want to loser her hold over both of them 🙄. Maybe we will see her twisted motives through her actions soon.

Today also she was trying to control Imlie & make her stay even in that horrid volatile situation with her mom. But Adi & T fam took control as they should & actually put her in the outsiders zone very clearly. Imlie was their own & Malini did not have the right to put her in uncomfortable situations. This did not sit well with Devi ji. Let's see how she tries to assert her own influence over Imlie moving forward. I think we will see Imlie actually moving out of her influence zone. Looking at the new promo where Adi asks Imlie to choose between their relationship & Malini's happiness, I think this is the direction in which the story is headed.

Again thanks for the review, could not quote you on your first post, so used this one to quote you without the images. Aap sab ke review ko padhne ke baad the main things that stood out for me in today's episode were:

1. The makers do listen to us and have tried to include as much on the SM front and showing the closeness between Adi & Imlie more as a married couple who have accepted each other's place in their lives. This has been consistently being upped in the last 2 weeks, especially after they have come back to the Tripathi house, where both of them have started to depend on each other and show their support in discreet ways so that the other understands that they are there for them. Even through all the didi jaap, Imlie has started to understand that Adi is very serious of making this connecting a formal "rishta" that is recognized by the world so that he can finally be free and himself around her.

2. I love how they close loops in this serial and in a way that we die hard fans can easily understand and appreciate. The confrontation by Adi today closed both loops of how he had done it in the C house first before recognizing his feelings for her, and recently when she suffered abuse at teh C house nad he was not there to protect her. Adi's fiery dragon expression was all his frustration and anger at AC for treating his wife as shit and having the audacity to abuse her without any consequence. The only reason he did not say anything else was because they were at a hospital, else he would have really given her a piece of his mind for what he knows she did with Imlie at her house. I am hoping to get part 2 of that confrontation tomorrow.

3. The T family were finally given the platform to behave normally rather than just being mute spectators to the incidents happening in front of them. First during the dining table scene, where Aparna legit questioned as to what was happening with Adi, coz she understood her son was acting weird and actually called it out, and later in the hospital where both Aparna & Pankaj came to defend Imlie and finally stood up to AC when she went overboard, despite them being in a hospital and them sympathizing with AC.

4. I agree with everyone that today the C family utterly disappointed me on the acting front. I mean nothing from Daadi, AC's OTT reaction to Imlie being called a "Chaturvedi" and Malini trying to establish a relationship with her, Dev's constipated expression throughout the confrontation and Malini's poor range just made the scenes look comical instead of emotional. I usually like AC's character and the way she carries herself in the scenes, but today she just felt weird and off. She was just not able to give the right emotional connect - I mean I really wanted to feel bad for her situation, but was just feeling like laughing

5. Finally I felt like the episode today made sense overall in moving the story forward while keeping the characterizations intact, yet giving us the feels (in the Adilie & Tripathi scenes) we are expecting from our show.

Loved this bit. When I saw the promo the one thing that hit me was the change in Adi from almost a teasing a romantic vibe to a very serious and frustrated one, where he is almost like "That's it". His ultimatum to make a choice worried me for a bit, but then I remembered 2 things - 1. These 2 cannot be separated for more than 1-2 episodes before they get pulled back together (every time they leave each other one almost dies), also the spoilers and the director's feedback on how he does not like "slow" stores gives me hope that the story right not is moving in the right direction, albeit in fast forward mode. Hope to get some good scenes interspersed with the drama ones as well.

LOL yes, this is the shehed scene wala shirt but overall yeh red(maroon)/green ka combo for Adi-Imlie was there in the previous AC confrontation also toh maan lete hain ki wohi parallel tha😆. Imlie was wearing some mehendi green colored suit in that scene too and aaj bhi kuch usi shade mein green color ka pehna tha😆

@bold: And that is the part that is making this hilarious to me😆. Didi's floundering attempts to declare herself Imlie ki savior😆.....No one asked her to be Imlie ki savior....lol Imlie does give her Didi wala regard but kab bola Imlie ne aake ki Didi hi bas mujhe zindagi mein bachaa sakti hain, aur koi nahin?😆

What makes it extra hilarious is the situations for which Didi is trying to play savior.

Adi-Imlie don't need her permission to nibhaao their love for each other - especially since they are already married😆....but it stokes Didi's ego to feel that SHE can "hand over" Adi to Imlie to make it up to Imlie😆. Koi Adi se bhi puchh lo ki jo already apne aap ko Imlie ka declare kar chuka hai, usko Didi kya hand over karegi?😆

And then yes, Imlie-Mithi....ROFL neither of them asked for any haqs regarding Dev....neither of them want to be a Chaturvedi but Didi has taken it upon herself ki unko Chaturvedi naam dilvaa ke rahegi😕😆....once again proving that Malini is incapable of really hearing the person in front of her....she lives in her own head, decides on behalf of people without taking their feelings/decisions into account and coats it all in the guise of "saving" them.....lol....cuz in her own pea-brain, she alone knows how to save everyone😆.

But then we all know ki karne pe aayegi toh kuch hoga nahin....lol she can't even save Imlie from her own mom.....and aage bhi, she will be telling herself ki maine Imlie ko pati de diya, maine Imlie ko papa de diye....but neither are hers to give really😆.

But yeah all this Papa ka sach mania has atleast temporarily put a pause on Didi ke twisted meethi chhuri taunts about Adi to Imlie😆.....I'm just finding her single minded determination to play "big sister" to Imlie pretty funny right now cuz it's looking like she's play acting again😆.....jaise officially label mil gaya since it's proved they are blood related toh Didi is like ab toh main badi behen banke dikhaaungi😆....meanwhile Imlie is like umm but main toh already aapko badi behen maanti thi toh ismein naya kya hai?😆
