Thank you for the wonderful analysis. A lot of Adilie fans wish fulfilled about the hug. Now it’s more interesting to see separation track. How he deals with it. With mun being around it’s difficult for him but let’s see what happens.

Ok but also we got confirmation that it's just been three days... These have been three very eventful days for these two, Aditya especially completely shifted around.

Imlie is really amazing, she stuck her ground fully, refused to give up an inch despite his constant pleading and even in the face of those gundas after everything that happened. Where does this girl get her rock solid core from? Her mother I suppose helped as did her dada but seriously I've fallen even more in love with this character.

Also, I totally see the love confession now 😆, but I'm still stuck on that because wow. I mean how much did this story move in these past 2 weeks. It's been building to it, but to have had this frank conversation so early in this relationship/in the story is surprising... Even more so, didn't he also add legitimacy to this pati-patni bond?? At least saying he did it truthfully is pretty huge.

The hug is heartwrenching @mutebutton it's a goodbye isn't it. At least that's what they're thinking for right now, it's a goodbye to this person that they don't want to leave.

Completely agree.....we got to finally see an Adi opening up and candidly expressing his emotions to Imlie and just how much she matters to him.....even without an "I love you", he managed to convey the depth of his emotions for her and Imlie understood what he wanted to say too.

It makes sense when you watch the scene.....otherwise even I might have considered it too early....but it was all actually a culmination of the triggers that started when she left him in Delhi.....if he hadn't understood it even now, he'd have never gotten it. And he's the type of guy, the moment it hits home to him, Imlie's been among the first people he tells almost every time.

Yes, he admitted pretty directly that he considers himself her husband....he even had a line about how he couldn't become a good husband to her...."Hum toh ek achhe pati ban hi nahin paaye....na tumhaare liye aur na......".....he couldn't even take Malini's name there but it was understood......lol

So that's a major thing...he didn't just admit that she's made a place in his heart, he also admitted that their marriage is not a lie.

I guess we can get into it later on what basis he was calling it illegal all this time...and then what does that make his marriage with Malini if he accepts he is Imlie's husband....lol that reality check will come at some point.

I think what took the scene to another level for me was Adi finally facing his truth and the accompanying heartbreak in the same space....and Imlie just absorbing all of it....she didn't ask him a single question as he said all those things.....like her eyes could read the truth in his in that moment and she didn't need any other justification.

The MUTUALITY of the scene....how AMAZING was that.....when was the last time we got to see two people understanding the love between them without even fully expressing it and then moving into a hug that was like coming home after so many days in the wilderness of confusions. I'm still amazed at what I got to watch.

They are a tragic sort of beauty right now....and yes, the inevitable complications will follow but I guess we have our answer for what this whole PD phase was meant to be about....if Adi went back without getting his answers, it would have been for moot....and if he didn't give Imlie a sense of where she is in his life, in a sense that would have been even more selfish.

@bold - all of this! I’m actually for once glad that I’ve invested in an ITV show. For someone who hardly watches TV, today”s episode was almost like an affirmation in choices 😆

The sadness of it all....oh my. Aditya reaching his breaking point and with such clarity was fascinating. He now needs to reach the finality of that clarity and that is what we will get when they return to Delhi. How can this man or this woman survive without the other? As much as she did not want him following her, that is how much Imlie wanted Aditya to be there. They will miss each other terribly if they do not return together.

And their honesty. What is with that clear cut truth between them that all the tripping, catching and eye locks of the world are never going to replace? Such elegance in that conversation. He has no ego with accepting that she matters and she does not need anything else.

THIS Is CALLeD QUALITY product and I can keep staring at it all night long as said.. I just cannot the tears that khushi and sukoon ka ehsaas they truly became partners today and aise partners..
