As for setting someone free....yes, that has been the larger theme of their relationship all along....Imlie has never once tried to hold him to herself....she has been setting him free since almost the beginning of the time they got married😆.....she set him free from having to face the sindoor/MS he put on her....she set him free from having to acknowledge her as his wife....she set him free to go ahead and marry someone else😆.....she hasn't caged him or clung to him at any point in their relationship....so it has been a long time coming that Adi will want to come back to someone who never tried to cage him.....who never tried to suffocate him even though he falsely blamed her for his frustrations for so long.

As for Commitment....well obviously not yet....that is a bigger journey for him given the fact that he thinks he made a commitment to Malini first so he owes it to her to keep it.....his heart is moving towards Imlie but he doesn't yet have the clarity or courage to embrace a commitment to her.....btw I will point out that his heart is already there subconsciously or he wouldn't even be able to do these rituals and give her his name with such calm resolve. He is an expert at making excuses to get his way without acknowledging that he's doing it for himself rather than someone else.....so obviously there is no doubt that there is more hurt in Imlie's future.

But that's the thing....this girl already has below zero expectations....lol yes her heart is attached to him but she has already let go of pretty much all expectations from him and already been through a world of hurt regarding him and Malini....toh aur kya karega😆.....I think she has already braced herself for the fact that nothing he says really has any meaning as of now😆. Unless he does some bigger gesture towards her that starts to make her question what she's come to believe.....time will tell.

Imlie has zero expectations, hence she is not giving any importance to these actions from him, She is just taking it at face value but it is impacting her. Aditya will require a whole lot of more effort to convince Imlie than him, to make believe that he has deeper feelings for her rather than moon. 😆

I do agree his heart was in the rituals and he was totally into the pooja, not because he believes in it but because she does. Its almost like her vishwaas is becoming his vishwaas because he has total trust in her. Aditya has never done things that he is not comfortable doing but for Imlie, he has and it has always been when she has instigated him. This time he did on his own without any cajoling, all on his own and this is another proof of his changing demeanor. His "kuch bhi" as you said was exactly that, for her he will do "kuch bhi ".

The vishwaas reminded me of the famous trust convo. Malini, at that time, through that conversation had made her trust in him as a burden for him, that because she believes in him so much that she will not question him, till he tells her do it. Thus making it doubly important for him to ensure that her trust in him always remains intact. On the other side in the precap, Imlie is telling Aditya, that to "nibao" her rishta, her trust is more than enough and she needs nothing else from him or anybody else. I feel in the coming days, Aditya is going to be reminded of these two trusts convos, one where its so binding that the rishta has became a qaid and the other so free that its pushing him to soar higher. His own words, said but forgotten.

It is like she is letting her do a social experiment ke aana toh tumne waapis hi hai yeh bhi aoni marzi karke dekh lo and then I will get the best guy..AC never wanted this shaadi to work in first place and hence all her"good advice" circles around breaking her relationship creating rifts is only.. she never told malini that she will need to understand each individual there make her own bonds and general mom.advice that they give their daughters when they get married or start a relationship 😆

bold (the 1st one) - 😆 If only that worked!! It mostly backfires! In real world also I have seen ppl trying to hold on to their relationships so badly that sometimes they turn unhealthy. In every kind of relationship you need trust and breathing space. I guess the Chaturvedis (both mother and daughter) are clueless about what a healthy relationship is.

The second one - You know for the longest time I felt like Adi should have definitely told Malini about his marriage with Imlie one way or the other. I always felt like he didn't try hard enough. I understand she fainted, but he should have tried again. But, now seeing Malini in this form (last few weeks) and seeing how emotionally weak she is, I am not so sure anymore. She'll have a total nervous breakdown when the truth comes out!! Maybe Adi (initially) thought if he could somehow omit Imlie from his life, he could have a perfectly normal life with Malini. Not justifying Adi at all, just saying that's what Malini is making me feel lately.

I had really liked Adi-Malini's conversation about color symbolism and trust being the color white with how if there is even one stain it is glaringly obvious. I feel like since then that conversation continues to frame Adi-Malini interactions till now. For all that Malini promised to keep it bedag and safed, Adi's actions in the past few days have caused that one (or perhaps even more) boond of shaq to spill over. So, yeah, this relationship is just gonna keep unraveling- and for all that AC says that she was trying to save Malini's relationship, she played a big part in staining and straining it.

The line that stuck out most from the pooja scene was Imlie thinking to herself ki he didn't believe in pooja-paath before...."toh ab inka MANN kaise lag gaya"? 😆....our poor naive girl doesn't realize ki MANN Adi ka ISSE lag gaya hai😆.....and by extension to anything she does.....so if the pooja is important to her, he steps up to do it full mann se...with her.

Imlie has been bringing him out of his comfort zone since way back.....but now he doesn't bristle over it as much....there is a subtle sense of acceptance settling in as his MANN settles in on her too.

I don't even know where Adi will BEGIN to convince Imlie that he loves her, not Malini😆.....pehle KHUD ko toh convince kar le🤣

Again, her mother did not ask her to leave her home, it was Malini herself who decided to do it all on her own. This was one fight that Malini could have let go till Aditya comes back because it was really not worth giving up on her marriage. By walking off, the blame that was only on Aditya's shoulder will now be shared by Malini too, because she walked out first. She said that she is afraid her husband will not return but now to whom will he return when she herself is missing.

Bold (1st one) - Isn't she the type though who runs away from her problems? She is afraid to face/discuss them, because she is not strong enough to handle what it entails. I remember in the movie "Jaane tu ya jaane na" (not sure if you have watched the movie), the protagonist's girlfriend was so delusional (she also came from a dysfunctional family) that she couldn't see/face the reality even when it was staring her in the face. She would rather look the other way. The protagonist eventually tells her sometimes things are what they are and you just have to face them. Malini reminds me of that character.

But like also stains can be cleaned right? If you avoid the stain, it sets and then there's almost no way to remove it but if you deal with it soon, you can clean it. Same with doubts. It's fine to doubt, that's human, but you need to face that and get answers to it so that those doubts get cleared not allow them to imprint in your mind in such a way that they overwhelm you completely.

I dont know if anyone mentioned this before - but I also thought the intent of yesterday's episode was partly to show clearly that the T's loyalty would be with Malini and not Imlie - when it comes to it. PApa sadi - when Imlie who was someone elses daughter left we felt bad but Malini is their bahu - their own. They are setting expectations wrt on whose side the T's will be. I was a little disappointed - but I guess this is to be expected. Wonder if bade kaka and Rupi di also will be on Malinis' side? Also I still feel the Nishant Imli pairing may crop its ugly head. Badke kaki - did say she would do everything Nishant wants to keep him with them - it has to mean something - I thought.

Today's episode - even if Adi would like to draw closer to Imli - I have a feeling she is going to pack him off to Delhi - with Moon jaap.

I mean the story will likely end with them all accepting whichever bahu is their actual bahu (I can't figure out how to say this and this sounds so wrong 😂 ) but still in the short term it will probably be siding with Malini. After all she's the one left in the dark and all that. Don't know up to CVs but in their perspective it's right that Imlie is someone else daughter. Still they haven't gone a day without mentioning her in some way aww

I am so glad that we are atleast getting the inner thoughts of Imlie and sometimes her questions almost matches our, “what is going on?”, “why is he saying this? Or why is he doing this”.. though she does not how to address these with him, she does not back out from asking the important questions like why are you here or what are you doing or have you informed them that he is in PD.

Aditya who has lied to every person possible ends up telling her the truth that he has lied to every person possible 😆even Moon as he knew there is not going to be any judgement with her. Yes, So, of course, his MANN is totally settled on her..😆.Totally agree
