I am so glad that we are atleast getting the inner thoughts of Imlie and sometimes her questions almost matches our, “what is going on?”, “why is he saying this? Or why is he doing this”.. though she does not how to address these with him, she does not back out from asking the important questions like why are you here or what are you doing or have you informed them that he is in PD.
Aditya who has lied to every person possible ends up telling her the truth that he has lied to every person possible 😆even Moon as he knew there is not going to be any judgement with her. Yes, So, of course, his MANN is totally settled on her..😆.Totally agree
LOL such a good point😆.....yes, she's been his secret keeper for a long time now, hasn't she? So it's inevitable that he tells her the truths he doesn't tell others.....but then also still hides some big truths from her that he still hasn't accepted himself😆. Sabko kisi na kisi tareeke se ghumata rehta hai.
The point about judgement is so true as well....he's mistreated her way more and even then she's hardly passed judgement....she's tried to give him space and understanding many times. The few times she's pushed back and taken a firm stand has been when he's gone way too far and over the line.....so yes, she hears him when he tells her he lied to everyone to come here....but then she doesn't press him beyond that....just gently reminds him that Malini must be worried for him.....lol
The story does seem to be indicating a shift so your theory is quite likely.....the contrast can definitely be built on the fact that Adi's whole world stopped when his first wife Imlie left the house while with second wife Malini, he will be upset she left but not to the extent he was over Imlie. I would love it if they move beyond the groveling and show a different Adi who struggles with realizing that all the big mushy declarations he's made to Malini all this time weren't really true and he's been lying to himself as his alter-ego told him.
