Adi's restless search for answers

Ok, now we're kinda settling into this new phase with a medium-paced epi today😆.

Most important piece of news is that Tripathis ka PD jaana cancel....Imlie called in the nick of time to stop the circus from all landing up at her house😆.....she's made some half-assed excuse to Mithi/SK that she ran off without telling everyone cuz she got a premonition that something bad will happen to Babusahib, so she came to PD to pray for him at this Mahashivratri pooja🤣........and to the Tripathis, she's made the excuse ki I was missing my mom, so I just ran off to PD without telling everyone😆......Tripathis being Tripathis obviously bought this lame excuse😆.

Today was epi 2 of Babusahib ki restlessness without his jhalli.....but in the show's timeline, it's just been a few hours😆.....and that is what Adi was asking himself too....it's just been a few hours since Imlie left and I'm missing her so much? 😆.....He again asked himself if his boss was right about Imlie's place in his life.

I was dreading another flip when I saw Malini coming to talk to Adi about Imlie but aaj toh kuch aur hi flip ho gaya Babusahib mein😆.....before this we've seen Adi coddle Malini, we've seen Adi yell at Malini.....today we got to see a different kind of unravelled Adi lashing out at Malini😆. He was already upset that Imlie didn't talk to him when she called and asked him to pass the phone to Badke Kaka😆.....uska saara frustration Malini didi pe nikla when she started some random convo about how Imlie shouldn't have left like this, everyone is worried for her.....lol Adi khisak gaya ekdum....all the things he was saying were cracking me up so much, "Humein kya farak padta hai....jisko jaana tha woh jaaye"🤣.....Haan Babusahib, woh toh dikh hi raha hai ki aapko koi farak nahin padaa😆.....Malini ko kitna kuch sunaa diya Adi ne including, "Don't try to do your professor-giri on me"😆....."Humaare paas aur bhi kaam hain, hum Imlie ki chinta mein MARE nahin jaa rahe".....Oh REALLY, Babusahib? 🤣

Adi babu, careful now....the mask was slipping BIG TIME in this scene😆....at this rate, aapke desperate attempts to show indifference won't work that much anymore :P.....

His convo with his father later on was another window into his mind....ROFL@ Adi behaving like a typical frustrated/rebuffed male when he's like, "Imlie khud ko samajhti kya hai"😆.....and WHAT haq was he talking about? 🤣...."Humne use yeh haq nahin diya ki woh humaari/humaari family ki lives ka decision akele le le".....HAIN? Her decision to leave is now you and your family ki life ka decision, Babusahib? Waaah waaah🤣

Chalo atleast Adi acknowledged ki usko pata hi nahin uski problem kya hai😆....he is thrashing around restlessly cuz he isn't introspecting or facing the truth inside him......His father gave him good advice today....let's see if he takes it. Cuz his pyari Moon on the other side seems to be planning a honeymoon trip on the advice of her pyari saasumaa🤣.....waiting to see Adi's reaction to Moon telling him she wants to do a trip with him somewhere at THIS moment🤣.

On the Imlie side of things, Prakash babu aka bachpan se Imlie ka deewana has finally entered😆.....Imlie calls him PARI🤣.....waah kya dostana hai....lol he seems totally lattu/smitten over Imlie.....and shucks, woh phool/earrings toh yeh le aaya Imlie ke liye😆.....humne once again Babusahib se kuch zyada hi expect kar liya tha🤣.

I'm just going to hazard a guess that given Babusahib's current VOLCANIC state, he's not going to be too pleased seeing this Prakash guy around his Jhalli😆....and ditto for Prakash....he also didn't seem too happy about Imlie ki shaadi and jaise bhi hui....toh I think he will also be resentful/jealous of Adi....lol....Imlie meanwhile seems blissfully unaware of Prakash's feelings but for now she seems to have a friend to laugh with so there's that😆

Have to write about how the anger built up to a crescendo all because she did not answer him! My my.

You live your life for 30 years. Work with conviction. Do what is expected of you. You manage to make sure all requirements of convenience, including relationships, you have accumulated along the way is lined up exactly the way you think it needs to be. You are forced into getting married. You try your utmost to snap away from it. But the walls you have built are crumbling because the person you were forced into marrying is the only one who gets you at a very intuitive level. Gets you as a human being, appreciates you for who you want to be and encourages you to be who you inherently are. Every single moment Aditya decided that the status quo was better than facing reality head on led to his outburst when he decided to talk to Imlie about what her future could entail. Today’s anger was a culmination of trying to push Imlie away and keep Malini closer. Three lives have forever been changed.

There will be a lot of drag, a lot of problems, a of doubts, a lot of Malini and a lot of AC in the days ahead. But Aditya and Imlie will not let the other fail.

Such a beautiful week this has been so far.

Yes, and the best part is that he has no clue why he got even MORE upset after the phone call😆.....only we, the audience can see the way his face fell when she told him to pass the phone and the way he turned and walked away all broken and upset.

Uske baad se he's just pacing restlessly and anyone who tries to talk to him gets another dose of his lashing out or frustration spilling over😆....which was Malini and his dad today.

Dumbo Babusahib doesn't get that he's started craving that connection with Imlie and uske binaa nahin jee sakte ab.

Another noteworthy dialogue from Babusahib today was, "Humein Imlie ki aisi kya zaroorat hai"?😆

Arey waaah, one more new word....from zimmedaari to ZAROORAT?😆.....

Also LOL@ even Malini noticing Adi staring at a blank laptop screen while claiming he's doing work😆

Good episode today. Aditya’s face just dropped when Imlie asked him to give the phone to Badke Kaka🤣 and then he took out all that frustration on Malini and his dad. But good advice from papa tripathi. Why do I get this feeling when the whole family is planning a trip for Adithya and Moon, he will leave for PD instead and I am sure he will show the same frustration to Imlie with so much more intensity. Bring it on! Let’s hope this week lives up to our expectations!

Sure sure aapko bilkul farak nahi padh raha we all can see that totally😆 Adi miyan aapka haal behaal hai itna ke imlie ne aapse baat karne se inkaar kar dia owing to the GF over her hearing him telling the picnic gang to stop .. oh boy bechare BS got so happy for few secs ke imlie ne phone kia and then she went nop not you..itna upset ho gaya bechara.. I did like that he continued to ask himself questions ke why I am being so needy.. humein imlie ki kya zaroorat hai.. he admitted she became his zaroorat from zimmedari .. his Chand ghante hute and am missing her aww. And then the Bomb blast on pyari moon was the bestetst and much needed I was like hallelujah sure he was more mad at himself for being so lost and missing imlie trying to figure out yeh kyon ho raha hai and then upset over imlie refusing to talk to him when he needed her reassurance just some sort of comforting to hold that connection with her.. he didn't care what would she say or talk about it was only about holding onto that moment and just interacting to feel the normalcy around him his jhalli communicating with him beshak over the phone.. and Malini came with all imlie is insensitive bakwaaas and he flipped... boy what a flip that was again showed us imlie ke baare main only so much he can bare and now with his increased protectiveness over her despite his own anger at her he couldn't really hear that much too and dstarted his rant ke jisko rehna hai rahe jisko jaana hai jaaye.. all the things his brain was telling him to say the logical explanations that it is her life they shouldn't be the one to dictate it yet his heart refused to beleive what he was saying so he went onto saying stop interfaring in others lives to his moon hahaha omg did I love that moment though.. best paisa vassal popcorn worthy entertainment.. him finally saying what we have been saying she just goes ordering around like a prof.. adi too went you aren't my prof am not your student live and let live

But rofl at didi itne se main rone lagi and shikayeatein lagane lagi oh boy this woman is mentally even younger than 5 yrs old school ke bache who go around complaining teacher teacher meri pencil leli types.. it was hardly the ghussa adi is capable of manifesting and she goes itna ghussa kar dia mujhepe meh.. the women were a waste.. but I really really liked the daddy and adi's conversation.. rofl at adi ka self talk there ke how could she take a decision on her own.. uhhh caz it is her life adi.. simple haq dia nahi apple uhhb aap hain kaun koi bhi haq dene wale in your words you said you are a nobody so how can you expect her to wait to get some haq for you.. confused ladka haha.. but I again liked that it kinda showed his subconscious possessiveness that his heart has accepted her as part of his life so he willingly thinks about giving or denying haqs even of it did havea bit of male ego in it too..

The other bit I liked was him finally admitting that he is unable to process the actual problem and he can't do anything until he finds it.. daddy ne bhi sahi advice di.. plz continue with these self reflections and give them more this is their 2nd one to one scene and I really like when they do talk

Lol pari toh pakka Deewana nikla lol too bad he already got everything imlie wanted to buy but ges iske aur BS ka tashan will be intresting to watch.. imlie is too pure so blissfully unaware ke uska yeh pyara dost harbors feelings for her

@bold: Oh ROFL if he does THAT, it will be next level🤣....I feel like he will use the excuse of having to go somewhere for work to avoid the trip with Malini and later on end up going to PD on his own😆.....Malini will find out later once he's already in PD I guess.

Imlie can handle his frustration and intensity just fine....if anyone can disarm him without even lifting a finger, she can😆.

I'm now quite curious to see Adi's reaction to Prakash.....especially if Imlie lutaaoes free hugs on her Pari like she was doing today😆.....Adi probably considers himself above cliched things like jealousy and possessiveness.....aaj tak Malini ke liye toh dikhaayi nahin😆....ab dekhte hain if he shows it for Imlie.

I was expecting intense from the character. This is way way beyond that. And not overdone one bit. Even his lashing out at Malini was so very much Aditya and not emulated from any other character. No one other person can come close to even understanding his state of mind. He will breathe when he sees Imlie.

Yup imlie ka promotion ho gaya wasn't this same guy chanting leave me alone go away🤣 aaj iski zaroorat ban gayi hai imlie oh man the sweet irony of it😆 not the one to get sadist pleasure but won't lie thoda toh mil raha hai mujhe woh isko aise blurt out karte his thoughts and using vocabulary totally opposite to his prior self..

I have to wrap my head around seeing Adi like this, LOST like a little puppy, moping about with sad eyes... hai itni thandak mili dil ko... kush kar diya...😆 Oh yes the farak nahi padta games have begun. billoo or should I say 'Manku' 🤣

Puri fauj nikli this, Imliya ko PD mein. Wah.. they have never exhibited even a smidgeon of this enthusiasm during other situations.. in one day or a few hours, they were up in arms, raring to find her. The phone call was too good... she called from PD and as luck would have it.. it was BS who picked up the phone..

He came home from the office, to see everyone packed and ready to go on a trip to find Imlie... his madcap family are so bechain to find Imli that they are ready to go en masse to PD. He tries to stop but no one is listening to him. A phone call stops them in their tracks..

The yearning for her to ask him, how he was doing and when he got no reply to his concern, he lost it all over again. The man who was confused and lost, anger started simmering slowly.. In the back of his mind, the line must have played over - Baat khatam, rishta khatam.. which was why she did not talk to Aditya nor reply to his question on how she was. Haal chaal pooch liya tho kya jaata or jawab to deti usko. 😆 Ab wo azaad panchi hai and said she does not want to speak to him.. EGO be hurt ho gaya waapas, jo already bahut ghayal thi... 🤣 Oh man, his face showed the concern, worry for her haalat. Then when everyone started speaking to her, he slowly starting walking away.. limping.. and frowning, anger simmering inside of him.

Trying to make sense of her absence, like he feels a big void in his heart.. since when did she become so essential for him to even breathe peacefully? He felt her absence so keenly that he lashed out at MUn when she started her bashaan on berating IMlie for leaving w/o informing the T's. He recollected the words uttered by his Editor Saab.. does he have a place for her in his heart? I think his way is too think and figure out the problem. Then he resolves the same.

This is destiny and for some reason, she tied you together with Imlie. He is trying to fight the 'Destiny'

and he will fail, if he is trying to separate from Imlie.

I just loved the father - son convo, a simple man who guides his son on principles and values.

SK indirectly threatened BS's life, if anyone makes my bitiya cry, then he will shed tears of blood. Now Imliya cannot see her BS in distress, let alone bloody, she covers up smoothly for the visit. Her eyes narrowed and she understood that she had to come up with a quick/good reason to be back at PD, else he would have been toast. Waise NN was concerned about stuffing her face with the goodies and point pakdi.. kuch tho hai.. MUn ran to inform her papa on Imlie.

As for the Pari... he is gaping at IMlie all goggle eyed and so in love with her, whereas Imlie is totally unaware of his feelings. He stalked her and bought the stuff she touched at the mela.. what a BailBuddhi.. and when BS finds out, there is going to be hell to pay. Waise bring it on..BS, apne liye, I would like to see J, hot and bothered by the constant mandroaing around Imlie, flitting like a bee around his honey pot..
