Yes, very true....she makes a big deal out of very small things I think jahaan isko confidence hota hai ki baat iske favor mein hi jaayegi. Like the trophy thing, she knew she could guilt Adi into apologizing.....and then the blow up with AC - wahaan bhi sabke saamne Malini mahaan prove hogayi toh she was able to comfortably give him the cold shoulder for a day or two cuz she was confident ki woh uske paas hi rahega.

But moti roti ke time she didn't have the guts to ask Adi directly ki use moti roti itni kyun pasand hai.....then that apology waali diary entry jiska credit yeh le gayi and didn't have the guts to reveal to Adi who wrote it.....lol and now this situation where Adi looked through her literally.....yeh bhi puchhne ke guts nahin hain is waqt Malini mein cuz she's not confident that it won't break their relationship.

Honestly I think I'm going to need a few epis to get over this level of fakeness and cowardice from Malini.....all her "meri pyari behen Imlie" stuff isn't enough to make up for it in my eyes right now....sab bahut fake lag raha hai despite her show of affection/concern for Imlie....mainly cuz she is lying about what she clearly saw.

Do you think Adi has realized that he overlooked Malini lying on the ground there? 😆.....yeh sab OTT fake PDA is cuz of just AC ka taunt ki he's also trying to make up for literally having leapt over Malini and not seeing her on the ground? 😆.....as usual, makers ne baat vague banaa di taaki they can keep the status quo going.

About adi I seriously don't know I don't even think it has clicked either ke she was RIGHT THERE. I think he is guilty somewhere over AC ki baat ke sach hai gaya malini ke liye tha but imlie ki chinta zyada ho gayi thi but I think he Genuinly haven't seen malini and still doesn't realize it that was how lost he was and he won't realize it until maybe she mentions In some rant ke maine dekha tha I was right in your feet caz I I feel his reaction to that would've been different that damn she was literally RIGHT THERE zuada Marta guilt main phir woh...abhi he was more answering to ac ke taunts which is why makini was who.said it koi dusra and am like your mother woman she straight away told him in front of you ke him included they focus too much on imlie so he was answering her question to you lol

All we can do is assume what he is thinking but I think he is aware but refusing to accept it.Honestly,he is an idiot,dono biwi ek dusura ko behen mante hai and he is just standing and admiring their bonding.That in itself is funny 😂😂

I wish the writers do character analysis like we do then we ‘ll get good episodes and progression 😎😎

Haan mujhe bhi yehi lag raha hai.....he doesn't know that Malini was right there and since Malini is the only other person who was a witness to that moment, yeh baat baahar nahin aane waali cuz she will also continue to lie and hide it from him out of her own cowardice.

And see this is what I mean by the fact ki since the gunshot epi, yeh sab tokenism has increased int he story where such obvious things happen and koi witness ho ya na ho, they conveniently spin the situation to show ki baat ek ko pata hai toh woh dusre ke saamne pretend karta hai kuch nahin dekha😆. Gunshot epi was effective cuz tab baat Adi-Imlie ke beech mein thi and unka equation phir bhi ek dusre se clear tha ki kya hai......while now it's just obvious tokenism and contrived scenes of people either lying to themselves or pretending they didn't see anything😆.

Adi-Imlie ne jhoot bola cuz they thought Malini won't be able to bear the truth and she might die over it.....now Malini is also lying cuz she knows she won't be able to face the truth and she might die over it🤣.....you see the difference? Adi-Imlie ne phir bhi Malini ke liye jhoot bola....but Malini ne toh bas khud ke liye jhoot bola is baar 😆......phir bhi we will only be beaten over the head with Malini ki mahaanta.....haha.

Right isko apni hi shamta pe yakeen nahi hai and that was made too obvious by the whole accident too.. the woman had 0 self confidence.. matlab agar seh nahi bhi sakti toh bhi everyone even the most coward person In the world shows thoda more vishwaas in their abilities ke nahi hum seh lenge lol...sach main yeh kiske liye jhoot bolti phir rahi hai.. 🙄 atleast adi imlie cannot gauge her himmat levels and her stamina to handle so them lying to protect still makes sense ke diste ko kaise pata ho sakta hai... iske paas to deny pe deny karne ka koi reason bhi nahi hai ke kisi ke liye kisi ko protect kar rahi hai by not facing the truth except her jhoota rishta.. lol asal toh iska hai jahan she can't even question even that much and practice her haq.. kaheka pati and pyar phir jahan itni liberty hi nahi hai to ask casually too she didn't have to.make a mudda but baaton main bhi pooch sakti lol

Yes, I'm glad you mentioned this bit. Sumbul was fantastic in that scene....all the more cuz my disgust with Adi was so fresh in that moment and Imlie accurately conveyed it with the way she drank the glass of milk he was forcing on her and then just left.

Now if only there was some continuity on this front rather than next scene being about Imlie bouncing in happily into his room next morning like nothing happened😆.

I also felt sad for Imlie there cuz bechaari actually yearns so much for just simple affection...not necessarily just from Adi but also from Malini and usko Didi samajh ke pahunch gayi aaraam se uske room, not realizing the reality of the situation that exist with her pyari Didi.

So what are we saying is the reason for her agitation exactly? That her husband is romancing his second wife when she thought he was starting to feel for her/ just the overall miserable state of her situation in life - feeling sorry for herself or / disgusted with Adi for his blatant lying.

If we dismiss the latter are something outside Sumbul's range of understanding at this point with innocence and age factor and the second as not consistent with the girl who has decided and settled in her mind on her fate - then was she starting to harbor hope - hope for what - Adi to accept her as his wife? And live with 2 wives? With her relationship growing with Moon - she will not want that no? If they are not showing Adi introspecting - they are not showing Imlie introspecting as well. She needs to sit and think what she wants from life. I really don't her becoming vulnerable at this stage after her advice to Rupi didi and all.

Can she just pls ignore BS and move on with her life?

Yes, Imlie does need to think about her own life more clearly no doubt....but at the same time, Imlie is also a naive young girl who has unwittingly started to feel an attachment to Adi. That doesn't mean she has any real expectations from him but at the same time, the very nature of her attachment to him still hurts her when she sees him mouthing grand love declarations to Malini. She knows he only considers Malini his wife but at the same time, Imlie is unable to help herself from considering him her husband too. So from that mindset, it hurts her to hear her husband professing undying love to someone else.

Love isn't about logic....it's not like you can calmly tell yourself one day that I know this person loves someone else so I need to stop feeling anything for this person. It's not that simple. Imlie doesn't want to feel anything for Adi but she can't seem to help herself so she keeps getting hurt in the process on and off.

Imlie's agitation/disgust in the last scene was because of the conflicting emotions inside her....a battle between the heart and the mind.....her mind knows that Adi only considers Malini his wife but her heart considers Adi her husband....and is sabke beech mein oblivious Adi was trying to show "concern" for her, jataaoing haq on her by making her drink the milk he made for her....so it was a lot for the poor girl to process. 😆

This has nothing to do with her advice to Rupi....it's not like Imlie is giving up on life like Rupi was....but she is also a human being who will obviously experience hurt like any normal person would.

We all don't know what Adi saw - did he see just Imli get hurt - that he did - because he ran to her? Or even though he saw Moon down he still ran to Imli. If the latter - he just cannot lie like he did yesterday - so we have to assume he only saw Imli fall and in his urgency to get to her - he saw nothing else :)

I think Adi in his mind is clear. Malini and family know what happened - so everyone knows the truth. While awkward it may seem - on why it happened or its implications- its consistent with Adi's thinking. For me this and the Vday sequence have a lot in parallel.

As with the gift and receipt - as long as he tells the truth about it - implications be damned. He is not going to introspect or deign to explain to others. He does not seem to care how it will seem to others - as long as he is truthful - which is so different from how he was prior to PG trip. If only he could explain it to himself at least. He probably attributes care for Imlito fikar or zimmedari or meethi asking him to take care of Imli....again just like he got the suit for her out of sympathy or pity.

And I want to add that even if she doesn't expect any wife wale rights or knows that she isn't gonna get that from him...there is a growing attachment and it is only gonna grow with them being in the same house and him wanting her attention with matters like look at me and talk. Even if she doesn't want to feel anything she can't help it caz of the rishta .. aise toh imlie bhi likes to live in her pretend world ke naam ka rishta hai and all he will never be mine sirf main maanti hoon caz of rasam rivaj but beneath it she yearns for thoda sa affection she wants him to show her like 1% of what she shows to malini and it is again subconscious on her part.. she doesn't want to feel bad or possessive as in he can't she is like ok that is his wife but when it happens in front of her kahin deep inside it pinches and she doesn't exactly know why.. it is honestly very hard to.l explain but that is her subconscious haq over him.. she knows iska nahi hai adi but phir bhi.kisi aur ke saath despite her mind accepting it is normal.and the way it should be chubhta hai.. caz that is the kind of dynamic they have developed... he requires her approval.and attention now subconsciously too and her presence it bothers him.when she isn't around

:) Only because I'm protective of her and don't want her to be vulnerable or hurt further by an insensitive Adi and for him to fell more pity or sympathy for her. Very well explained. Adi is very touchy feely with Imli. I get that he grew up in a liberal family background in Delhi. When he did not want Imli in Delhi - he kept a distance - now that he feels affection he can touch her casually whenever he likes? He does not consider her his wife and he being a man ought to know she is a simple village girl who considers him her husband. Is he so simple minded that he cannot realize what his constant touching will mean to her (on shoulders during the walk, cursive writing hand hold, and now with the milk tumbler. ugh
