The episode starts with Sahir getting an anonymous person from someone who claims to be his well-wisher. The man instructs Sahir to cancel the deal; however, Sahir refuses but the man asks him to watch a video which he just mailed then make a decision. Sahir is shocked to find Arzoo in a semi conscious condition in the video. The unknown man calls Sahir again and tells Sahir he is helpless despite being a very influential man. He tells Sahir he's like a child who dreams of pulling the moon down to earth. He then sarcastically tells Sahir he's in no state to be threatening him and when Sahir asks what his demands are, the man says it's easy to talk to him because he's a very sensible man. The mysterious caller instructs Sahir to go into the room and cancel the deal citing that he found some loop holes. He leaves Sahir to make a decision as to whether the deal is more important to him or Arzoo's life. Sahir asks him what the guarantee is that he won't harm Arzoo after cancelling the deal but the man tells Sahir he can't give any guarantee although he can't refuse therefore he'll be given the guarantee that if he doesn't do as he's told then Arzoo will be murdered. He angers Sahir further by telling him to behave like a good child and listen to what he's being told. Sahir tells the caller he's giving him a guarantee that if something happens to Arzoo, then whoever he is and wherever he is, he will find him and make sure he regrets being alive. The man ignores Sahir's threats and instructs him once again to go inside. He tells Sahir if he does anything against what he has been told then Arzoo will pay the price for it. The man disconnects the call after telling Sahir he will have eyes on him even inside the meeting room.
Alvira is shown speaking to someone on the phone and telling that person there's not going to be any problem sealing the deal. She says there are only a few formalities to complete and Sahir would have signed the deal as they're talking. Zaki enters the room worried causing Alvira to disconnect the call. He hurriedly tells Alvira that Sahir refused to sign the deal when she asks him what happened. A shocked Alvira asks Zaki why Sahir refused to sign the deal and he says he doesn't know because Sahir walked into the room and clearly refused to sign the deal. Alvira tells him there must have been a reason behind Sahir's decision and Zaki tells his mom Sahir stated that there were a few loop holes in the deal but there wasn't anything that couldn't be fixed. Alvira asks Zaki whether he spoke to Sahir or not. Zaki says Sahir didn't give anyone a chance to speak because he left the cabin as soon as he said what he wanted to. He says he went behind Sahir to speak to him but when he got outside Sahir was already driving off. Zaki tells Alvira he also tried calling him but his phone came across as not reachable since the incident. Alvira tells Zaki she's sure there is something wrong because she trusts Sahir the most in the whole world. She says if Sahir shattered his dreams on his own then there must be a very big reason behind it. She tries calling Sahir but his phone still comes across as unreachable. The duo stand worried and Alvira asks Zaki whether he spoke to Arzoo or not because she might know the reason behind Sahir's abrupt decision. Zaki tells her he tried calling Arzoo's phone but it was switched off and when he called Saiyyara he found out that Arzoo had gone somewhere with Anam. Alvira remembers seeing Anam rushing out in a shocked state. She tells Zaki something is definitely wrong because Anam can't bear Arzoo for a moment then what's the reason behind them being together. Zaki says he felt the same that's why he tried calling Anam as well but her phone was switched off. Alvira says something so dangerous is about to happen which they have no idea about.
Vikram walks into Zeenat's room and greets Kurti Apa. He tells her she should go outside and do her meditation peacefully because he'll be there to look after Zeenat. Kurti Apa happily thanks Vikram and tells him it's good he visited. She prays for him wishing him a long and healthy life. She tells him very soon he'll be promoted to a constable and Vikram tells her a constable is below an inspector so she should think twice before talking. She says she has no idea about what he's saying but he should be someone big and influential. Kurti Apa tells Vikram to sit with Zeenat as she goes outside because she no longer trusts a single person in the whole house. She tells him to sit next to Zeenat and not go anywhere. As soon as Kurti Apa leaves the room, Vikram closes the door and locks it.
He walks to the bed where Zeenat opens her eyes and sits up. He tells her everything is going as per her wishes. He tells her Sahir cancelled the deal as per his instructions as the anonymous caller. Zeenat thanks him and Vikram asks her what she's thinking about as everything is going as planned. Zeenat gets out of bed and walks around the room telling him there is still one more person they need to do something about. She mentions Anam. However, Vikram tells her they don't need to worry about her even though she has told Arzoo about Zeenat's faking. He tells her about how Anam was talking Arzoo to Sahir to reveal everything so if they kill Anam then everyone will believe Arzoo. Zeenat says they have to think of something else which will make everyone think she's lying despite telling the truth. Vikram asks her what is to be done and she tells him they have to put Arzoo's kidnapping blame on her. She tells Vikram that Anam is already in the bad books of people in the house so they should tell everyone that Anam told Arzoo a false story about Zeenat not being in a coma then took her out of the office under that excuse and got her kidnapped so she could blackmail Sahir into cancelling the deal.
Vikram praises her plan and asks her how long she wants to pretend being in a coma. He tells her as per his investigation, Sahir is innocent even though she has a doubt about him being the person behind her accident. Zeenat tells him even if she agrees to what he's saying; then who is the person behind her death trap. Vikram asks her whether she wants to know the answers to her questions and also asks her whether she's ready to hear the truth or not. A confused Zeenat asks him what he means and he says what he means is that she has been using him because she never loved Sahir nor does she love him now. He tells her proving Sahir guilty is her stubbornness because she can't bear the fact that Sahir has given her place to someone else in his life. Vikram tells her he knows she can't digest the fact that Sahir's world no longer ends or begins with her because he now has Arzoo in his life. He says she doesn't want to get Sahir, she wants to snatch him from Arzoo so he can dance to her tunes once again. Zeenat angrily asks him whether he's indirectly calling her a cheap woman. Vikram tells her he knows her more than she knows herself. He says he knows she only thinks about one person and that one person is herself. Zeenat gives him a peck on the cheek and the duo laugh. Vikram tries hugging her but she stops him and tells him he knows how much she loves him. She says they only have to find out who the person was behind her conspiracy of her accident. She tells him once they find out who the person is, then she'll leave Sahir and go to him. Vikram reassures her and tells her not to worry about Anam because he's there and he'll handle everything. He kisses her on her forehead and bids her goodbye then leaves.
After Vikram leaves the room, Zeenat says Sahir can never leave her for anyone else, especially not the middle class wife he has now. She says she will never let Arzoo and Sahir be together because Sahir only belongs to her.
Sahir walks into his office and finds Vikram there who tells him there was something he should have been told, but he wasn't informed about. Vikram asks him why he cancelled such a big and important deal. Sahir tells him whatever he does is none of his business and Vikram says he's right but he should have told him about Arzoo's kidnapping. He tells Sahir he should have gone straight to him after getting the anonymous call. Sahir looks at him shocked as Vikram tells him he might be rich but the police is there to help the public. He asks Sahir why he didn't inform him about Arzoo's absence. Sahir asks him whether he should have gone to him so that he could tangle the whole situation and dump the blame on him again. Sahir tells Vikram he doesn't trust him and if he wants to be trusted then he should first answer some questions. He asks Vikram how he found out about the call and Arzoo because he hasn't told anyone and also didn't file a report at the police station. Vikram tells him they tapped his phone and the police is monitoring all his incoming and outgoing calls. Sahir angrily tells him to find out where Arzoo is. Vikram tells him he might not trust the police but they're already doing their job as his team is already searching for Arzoo. He also tells Sahir he no longer doubts him due to the phone call he got in the morning. Vikram tells Sahir that they're now on one side. Vikram suddenly gets a call and tells Sahir they got a location after disconnecting the call. They leave the office together.
Arzoo is shown tied on a chair with ropes as she calls out Sahir's name. She tries untying her hands but fails as she continuously calls out for help asking if anyone is around. Sahir finally arrives with Vikram behind him and unties Arzoo. He asks her if she's okay and Arzoo tells him she's fine. They share a hug as Vikram watches them. Sahir asks Arzoo to tell him everything that happened and how she got to where she is. Arzoo takes Anam's name and narrates to him how Anam was taking her to his hotel room where he was going to sign the deal but along the way a motorbike stopped them. She says someone got off the bike and walked towards their car where they opened the window and saw the person still had the helmet on. She tells Sahir the person sprayed something in the car and then she does't remember anything after that. Sahir asks her why she sat in the car with Anam in the first place and Arzoo tells him it's because Anam said his life is in danger and he would lose his life if he signs the deal. Vikram intervenes and tells Arzoo it was all definitely Anam's plan to make her sit in the car. He says he's sure Anam is involved in her kidnapping so that she could blackmail Sahir and make him cancel the deal. Arzoo says it's impossible because Anam herself got kidnapped. Vikram asks her where Anam is because she's at the place all alone. He tells her Anam played a dangerous game with her by playing with her feelings and getting her kidnapped. A shocked Arzoo says Anam told her so many stories which turned out to be a lie. She asks Sahir whether he signed the deal or not but he stands silent. Arzoo says she's embarrassed as she believed Anam and supported her. She blames herself for everything that happened. She tearfully tells Sahir his dreams and wishes slipped away from his hands because of one decision she made. Sahir tells Arzoo her life was in danger and he is willing to sacrifice not one deal but thousands of such deals for her life. He tells her his promise is not more valuable than her life. He says if he had to sacrifice his life for hers then even that deal would be cheap. The couple shares an emotional moment.
Vikram breaks there reverie once again telling them to control their whirlwind of emotions and go home where he'll visit to take their statements. Vikram evilly smirks when they leave and calls his goons instructing them to let Anam go as she no longer poses a threat to them. He tells his goons Anam will run straight to Sahir and Arzoo but they'll call him and Anam's story will come to an end as she will be taken to jail.
Later that night while Alvira is sleeping; someone vigorously knock on her door causing her to wake up. She is shocked to find Anam standing there as she opens the door. Alvira asks her how she could face the family after what she did and says she's going to call Sahir but Anam stops her and asks for her help. She tells Alvira she's aware that she's not in her good books because she has gone against her many times and caused her pain but she urgently needs her help. Alvira tells her Sahir's deal got cancelled due to her so why does she think she would help her. She asks Anam if she ever fulfilled a single duty of being the daughter in law of the house. Anam tells Alvira she has a video which shows Zeenat's accident wasn't a mishap but a conspiracy. Anam shocks Alvira by telling her the video proves the mastermind behind Zeenat's accident is her own mother. The screen freezes on Alvira's shocked face.
