i have no hard feelings towards arzoo , it was my point of view so bashing plz 😆

no no, its good when we are discussing a character.. infact arzoo is entertaining .. but again, albeit entertainment, CVs shouldnt compromise her character

Very good point, Sundas...

The problem with Indian TV is that when they show women liberation or a strong woman character they make it OTT... They can be shown as mentally strong... trying to counter moves with mind games and their intellect and not by resorting to cheap verbal banter and physical moves... And when she (or he) gets physical then they have to be ready to face the repercussions... why gladly did not come in this case but can happen... how much does Arzoo knows Sahir (or the other characters) to behave like this...😕 why invite so much trouble...

thats what my whole point is .. even if she would know him thruout its still not feasable to just throw a metal phone at someone's head.. as granny said she's being impulsive, but my only query is why are CVs trying to project all these as right ? writers are messing it up .. becos ofcourse we are understanding that sahir is very badtameez and all, but then to sympathise with arzoo and understand her perception one shouldnt say that she has the privilege to commit such stuffs..

Deviating a little from the topic...
There are so many illogical things that I have ignored, hoping that things would improve in future...

First of it was when the factory gets burnt, arzoo's family is not much affected by it, even though the factory was arzoo's mom's life (that is what we were told about it...) and at one point of time Arzoo was willing to give her life (by sleeping in front of the bulldozer)... but when it is burnt, there are hardly any emotions and they party, buy gifts etc etc...

ask me about it di .... writers are failing to develop the emotional connect for arzoo's character with this kind of shoddy writing .. there is no symbolism in her traits whatsoever, be it her claims of hating her abba or being respectful towards ppl and then the same girl hits ppl randomly with phones 😆

Secondly, there was no need to show the terrorism thing at the airport... wonder what the CVs achieved by showing it... They could have shown Sahir-Arzoo nok-jhok or jhadga even otherwise... wonder what they want to show... It was pretty lame.

di i feel, soon sahir might come to know that arzoo was the one who complained to police, otherwise it will be just another blooperish ignorance of writers ..

Third, Alvira has arranged for everything for Arzoo at her place even gifting her an expensive dress, why did she not send a car to pick arzoo up at the airport??? 😕

Fourthly, Arzoo's family does not have enough money to buy dupatta for her sis etc etc... but Madam is happily throwing her phone at one and all... 😆

di alvira did send a car, thats what i saw.. think u missed it .. but yes i agree, with the rest .. only interest inducing parts are the mystery behind sahir, anam and alvira now.. wonder whats between these 3..

I have a whole lot of other rants... but restraining myself... Hope the CVs pull up their socks soon... else they will lose the audience

I thinking throwing the phone is really kiddish behavior.
and this doesn't go with aarzoo's character at all. She
Has been shown as a mature girl...and hurling a phone at someone is stupidity

I am frankly ok with it as long as it is shown as her weakness and not strength of a strong woman ... its immaturity and if it is shown as that i dont have an issue. Arzoo comes from an all women background, has a past too and it does make u react like this ... remember the show was promoted as a love story of two imperfect individuals and if this is portrayed as one of her weaknesses and imperfection, I am ok with it. But if it is shown as part of her strong character then all i can say is 🤢

We are humans and we are flawed. We all are mature and yet we at certain moments do lose our cool and end up acting on an impulse without a forethought. If this is what the CVs want to portray, I'm fine with the impulsive behavior during anger being the flaw in Arzoo. Yes she is this mature girl but she can be flawed... flaws make the characters more real and acceptable... but that doesn't make the flaw acceptable. I am not a harbinger of physical abuse though. Hurling objects at others is really bad. A sure no.

What I'm trying to say is...
Arzoo having an impulsive behaviour issue... acceptable.
Impulsive behaviour = women empowerment... Nope!!! for Pete sake!!!

Someone who knows the power of women once said...
"Fighting is essentially a masculine idea; a woman's weapon is her tongue."
Women can do much better for themselves without a need to be physical. Why strain all those muscles when a few grey cells can do the job. When there is a verbal spat... be an equal and fight verbally.

I hope "the hurling things in anger at someone" is shown as a flaw which with time Arzoo is able to overcome.
The CVs cannot send out wrong messages under the banner of Women Empowerment...Or else they will not be doing justice to the social responsibility they have towards the audience.

+1 .. i just love to read anything u write, as its so precise and well written..

@bold:- thats my biggest fear now, that where are the CVs going ? as u said if they show it as her flaw which she will overcome when she faces bigger challenges in life, then i am ok with it, but if they show all these only to show that Sahir is the virtually wrong person whereas arzoo is the great women with all the bravery acts then i donno how will i feel..
