Mazher Sayed finds Jabb Zodiacs Met relatable yet mystical

Mazher Sayed is currently seen playing the role of Ashnoor Kaur’s father in Jabb Zodiacs Met, a 12-episode series created by Ishika Shahi, produced by Rajan Shahi’s Director’s Kut Production, and conceptualized by Pearl Grey. The series revolves around different zodiac signs and their compatibility, blending astrology with modern relationships. It is currently streaming on DKP’s official YouTube channel.

Mazher shared that he found the concept extremely intriguing. Speaking about the show, he said, “It beautifully blends astrology with present-day relationships, which makes it relatable yet slightly mystical. I have always been curious about zodiac signs and planetary influences, so being part of a story that explores that space felt exciting.”

A Story Beyond Love And Compatibility

He further explained that the narrative goes deeper than just romance. “It’s not just about love; it’s about timing, destiny, and how the universe plays its part in bringing people together,” he added. According to him, the series explores how relationships are sometimes shaped by forces beyond logic, making it both engaging and thought-provoking.

Mazher also opened up about how his own understanding of zodiac signs has evolved over the years. “When we were children, we only really knew about sun signs. According to that, I’m a Piscean. Over time, I’ve read about zodiac signs, kundlis, and planetary traits out of curiosity,” he shared. His interest in astrology gradually deepened as he began exploring different aspects related to planetary influences and personality traits.

While preparing for his role, Mazher reflected on certain Piscean qualities such as emotional depth, intuition, and sensitivity. “I could relate to certain aspects of my character. Of course, you don’t blindly follow astrology, but sometimes the traits resonate in surprising ways,” he said. He believes that while astrology can offer insights, it should not be followed rigidly.

Keeping Emotions Real On Screen

Talking about his personal beliefs, Mazher added, “In real life, I think intuition defines me. As a Piscean, I do rely a lot on my instincts. I believe in energies, but I don’t treat them as rules—I take what resonates with me and leave the rest.”

When asked about the most challenging part of portraying emotions influenced by astrology, Mazher explained, “The biggest challenge was to keep it real. Astrology is abstract, but emotions are very real. So instead of playing the ‘zodiac’ element, I focused on the human experience—vulnerability, hope, confusion, attraction.”

Through his performance in Jabb Zodiacs Met, Mazher aims to highlight the emotional depth of relationships while subtly weaving in the mystical charm of astrology, making the series both relatable and meaningful for viewers.
