NEW show on zee!!

DJ's next for Zee TV gets its title...Shilpa Shirodkar to play the lead

Production house DJ's A Creative Unit's association with Zee TV goes back a long way. Its last venture on the channel, Choti Bahu season 2, worked really well with the masses.

Now, the makers are coming up with another project on Zee, which will have a Marathi background.

Our sources have informed that it has been christened Kamla Bai as of now. The name might see a change if the creatives feel so.

"But as of now it is Kamla Bai," added the source.

Furthermore, the lead role of Kamla Bai will be played by Bollywood actress Shilpa Shirodkar.

"Channel is keen on Shilpa. Talks are on at this moment. There are high chances of her signing the dotted line," the source went on to state.

We tried getting in touch with Shilpa but she remained unavailable.

On the other hand…producer Tony Singh shared, "Yes, we are coming up with a show on Zee…but things are at a nascent stage. I can't really comment anything as of now."

1. Ekta kapoor - Jhoda akhar (not sure if daily soap or weekly)
2. Additi as lead
3. kamla bai
