How are you preparing for HBP's release?

This may seem like a weird question (hehe) but how are you preparing for the Half-blood Prince release? I know many fans read all the books before a release (I heard a lot of people read from the Philosopher's Stone upto the Goblet of Fire just before the Order of the Phoenix was about to release). Are you planning to do the same? A lot of people have parties... some right before the release, or right after. Are you thinking up a bash?

Also, just as an additional question, how are you getting your book? Have you ordered a copy online, saved one at the bookstores (Barnes and Noble, Borders Bookstore, and Walden Books, among others, have a system where you can have them "hold" a book for you, and you come and collect it on the day of the release), or are you goign the old-fashioned way and staying in the line, waiting for midnight?

i pre-orderered my book....while waitin for the book to come out i just read the books over again and watch the movies.....or read fanfiction.....

Hehe, yeah, I read all the books, fanfictions and a lot of editorials as well. I have my book saved at Walden Books... I just have to go collect it on the day... I'm so excited. I can't wait for the book to come out! To think I started counting down when we had like 150 + days, and now it's only like 20 something.

i hav read all the books 3-4 times.... and seen all the movies 4 bout 100 times all the 3 of them... and i mean it 100 times i know all the dialogs byheart....

my dad jus told me 2'day that there is a countdown 4 the 6 th Harry Potter book in london or somewhere.... i mean on a clock like round the city... he read it in the news paper...

i m so exicited....😃

Yup... I'm waiting for it too! I think it would be great staying in the line, actually... especilaly in America... it's so fun, meeting other HP fans. I think it would be way cool. Sadly, I don't live in America, but I'm going there for a vacation just around that time (perfect timing) so I already saved my book at the store and plan to pick it up.
