@APF what comes to my mind is Mandrakes.. the cry(voice) of a mandrake is fatal...

and their juice(and not voice) helps revive the stupefied...but u mentioned voice so idk...😕

My name is Nishi and i am a HUGE fan of Harry Potter (who isnt)
well i thought of a riddle and my advanced apologies if you find it lame (maybe you will)

I zoom around with tremendous speed
following me needs a great deal of skill
nearly invisible i am hard to catch
