It looks like a normal stone and is not notable if left anywhere.

Self Explanatory

Them refers to Thestrals, the rest is self explanatory too. Only people who have lost loved ones can see them.

I know some lines don't really fit, but I made it in a hurry, sorry! Someone else please! 😃
