Been busy the entire week and was too busy to read the updates? Or just lazy? Hehe, jk... well this section is for you! We will be posting the summary of the entire week all in one paragraph.

Sue is upset at Prathna and they all decide to get rid of her by poisoning her drink at the New Year party. Prathna overhears this convo and decides to expose the thakrals at the party. At the party, when Sue offers Prathna a drink, she refuses to drink it and in front of all the guests, she accuses the thakrals of lacing her drink with poison. Akshay drinks it up to prove his family's innocence and later Sue reveals to Prathna that they knew that she had overheard them and that's why they had a change in plans. Prathna records in her dictaphone, Sue and Rio's confessions to all their crimes and they are terrified that Prathna will tell everything to Akshay. Later at night, Akshay is worried when Prathna is not back home from the party yet. Sue and the rest pretend to be concerned. Prathna then calls Akshay for help and tells him that she is kidnapped. Akshay goes in search of her but doesn't find her. She sees Akshay's car parked and manages to slip in the dictaphone into the car, b4 she is taken away by her kidnappers. Akshay finds the dictaphone in his car. But not realising that it could lead him to the truth, he keeps it away. The thakrals continue to lie to Akshay and feign concern for Prathna. Rio tells Sue and Tara that they will have to do anything to get the tape from Prathna. In a cell somewhere Prathna is locked and is about to be injected, when she fights back and there she sees Rio, Sue and Tara and realise that they are behind her kidnapping. She expresses her dissappointment in them and lets them know that they are a disgrace, and vows to expose them and also adds that she will see to it that they are punished severely for their crimes. An angry Rio and Sue orders the goons to inject Prathna and when she continues to keep the tape's whereabouts hidden from them, Rio scares her by firing a gun shot near her. He threatens her that if she doesn't tell them abt the tape then, he will shoot her for real. At the Gurudwara, Chaiji is devastated when Baldev tells the family that its time to move out as there are some other ppl who need shelter more than them.

The thrilling episode of Jan 4th when Prathna realises that the thakrals are the ones behind her kidnapping and how Rio and the rest stoop even lower when they torture and threaten their own bahu and then turn around and lie to their son who is oblivious how devious his family really is, and feign concern for Prathna.

For trying to keep his family happy and make them feel secure even though their present situation is far from it.
Scene of the Week
The scene after the new year party when Prathna records Rio, Sue and Tara's confessions, leaving them all rattled, terrified and scared stiff.
The style icon this week goes to non other than Akshay. He looked dashing and handsome in his elegant and chic designer suit that he wore at the new year's party.
In the episode where Gyan comes home alone without Siddhi, Chaiji and Baldev ask him where Sid is and why she isn't with him. Why would they expect him to be with her when obv they knew he had gone out to work as a waiter, and Siddhi went to a party??
