HEYYY! And I am back! I have been wanting to pen this down for a long time now. If you don't believe me, ask Piu! Hahah! Well, I can't promise if my updates will be regular, but what I can assure you, that you would MOST PROBABLY enjoy this! 😳 The thing is, I miss the fiery, angry Kesu a lot. So this is to the "Tantrumy Kesu" (quoting srush here!) So here goes the prologue. ENJOY!

PROLOGUE.
Humming one of her favourite tunes, she came out of the shower, with the towel in hand, brushing away the droplets clinging on to her wavy hair, and sometimes dripping down her back, sometimes seeping in through her blouse. She sat in front of her mirror, continuing with her task, when she finally got tired of it, and just stomped out to the balcony with a heavy sigh to hang it dry. She came back into the room, wondering where he could have gone so early in the morning. She again took her place in front of the mirror, and opened the small gold box in front of her. With delicate hands, she opened it lightly, careful to not spill its contents. She was about to pinch out some of it, when a strong palm grabbed her palm, to allow another similar hand to reach out to pinch out some of its contents with its own fingers. She smiled contently, closing her eyes, waiting for the fingers to caress the middle of her hairline. She felt the familiar tingle run down her spine as his skin came in contact with her forehead. She let out a contended sigh.
She was about to open her eyes, when the same strong arm, gently snaked around her waist to pull her closer when she gently bumped into the solid body that she had been so familiar with. A moment later she felt a gust of hot breath in her ear, causing her to shiver in delight when a husky tone completely drowned her in his voice, "Miss me?"
She recovered back to her senses, and her eyes fluttered open to gaze into the familiar magnetic pools of fiery brown. "Kesar, what if someone comes in. Leave me." She swatted his arms but the grip never loosened.
He smirked to let her know how much she just lied about what she really wanted. "Gulaal. Your eyes seems to be telling me a different story though. Are you sure you want me to let go of you?" he said, challenging her to entangle herself from his cocoon of passion. She did everything in her power to take a deep breath, completely determined to do so, when she was momentarily distracted by his intense gaze. She pried her eyes away from his determined to step out of his embrace, when she finally tickled his sides, finally freeing herself. Her laugh tinkled throughout the Haveli, and his gaze softened up to see laughing. She twirled about when her gaze landed on his picture, and her smile remained firm as she mentally thanked him for giving her so much joy.
"I miss him you know?" said Kesar, standing right behind her, with a solemn expression.
"We all do," she said quietly, as she stared at his photo for the longest time.
Suddenly, her eyebrows frowned together to form a worried "W", and she said, "Kesar, Dushyantji pushed him into the river right?"
"Yes," said Kesar, unaware of where this headed to.
"So he reached after the vehicle toppled over, right?"
"Yes, but - "
"Then who toppled our vehicle?"
The birds stopped chirping outside. The clouds covered the sun. And all they could hear in the bright sunny morning that it was supposed to be, was deathly silence, penetrating every happy place.
