Mein aa gai!!
And I am putting two episodes in which our Saffron boy gets two jhapats back to back!
Poor guy...Only JK was the one who had not slapped him I think...apart from bin budhi Sudhi...now she has has gone ahead and joined the clan too...
The slapping clan!
It started with MB...then PB and Ramu, then JK and ofcourse our Gullu toh used him as punching bag later... and in the end Dushty and lastly MB completed the circle he started!
Thank God warna kitna passing the parcel hota rehta bechare ka
There are many things in these two epis...Dushayant Kesar bonding...Reva Kamlesh Saga ends! (Thankfully)
Some classic things like PB doesnot tell Gulaal she was going to Dhanji (The root of the Paap called Kamlesh! aka Kamlesh' father) and Dushty comes to know and he tells Gulaal...it is amazing that everyone comes to her to solve their problems...I mean even Dushyant who just claimed yesterday, that he does pretty much what he wants to do...is now putting Gulaal in the front!
And she does stop PB from humiliating herself in front of the Paapi's family!
The other things like JK marching right up to Kesar and slapping him! It was such a sudden slap! Poor guy did not even know why what when and Bham! A slap! JK has such lot of anger and frustration in herself na?? It was almost like Kesar after 10 years...And to certain extent she was like Kesar...all dhindhora...not the scheming vamp!
I am going mad if I am comparing Kesar and JKđđ
So we will move forward and go to the prime scene and one of the most poignant scene of the whole pre leap series!
This should have rung warning bells in all and sundry's minds when Kesar, angry on Gulaal, who had chosen another Krishna, declares ...'Ghar mera, dost mere, TUM Meri! aur Krishna koi aur bane??!'
And stomps off into the kitchen and practically overturns it till Gulaal who suddenly intervenes, as he was about to burn himself and slapped him...Well this was actually a protective gesture ...She actually was saving him from burning...
But Kesar toh Kesar hai!
Got all riled up!
Mmmaaaraaa!!!????
Dekha Ba aapke saamne maara!
God...reminded me of his dialogue when he cleans the terrorist house and tells Gulaal that this he could do only in front of her...warna kya izzat reh jayegi!
I mean the guy here was affronted that his wifey dearest had hit him in front of his mother dearest!
agar akele mein pitati toh phir thik hai! Mumma ke saamne kachra kar diya!đ
But the point is that his growing posessiveness...his right on her was increasing in her mind...
although as a child he might not have known the true realms of a marriage, or took the whole thing seriously, but he did develop a sense of propriety...
There was a time when he took second fiddle to Vasant ...acknowledging that she was Vasant's discovery ...and he had a prior right on her...although he never would say that openly and fight with Vasant đ
But he did acknowledge Vasant's right over her...but with no Vasant...and almost everybody busy in their own worlds...specially his daanya baanya...Revdi and Devdi ...he is completely and irrevocably hers and she ...his...!!!
And we do see how her world revolves around him...He is her dream...a Dream that Vasant saw and she is fulfilling...
And the thing is every other promise or dream that she lived,...she had to give it up to others for its fulfilment...As in the school project...It might have been her and Vasant's dream...but the school was for others...This was one dream that she fulfilled and was hers to keep too...Kesar! Only thing is ..as I said ...she was a bit of a tubelight in such matters...took a long time for her to blink rightđđ
And secondly...I love how The motu Kesar maintained this stammering issue...he did stammer in front of Gulaal when he was affronted !! Like the time when he confronts her after she named Dushty for the Sarpanch post!!
'Par mmmein nahi samajh paa raha hoon uska kya...tu aisa kyun kar rahi hai jo MMMein nahi chahta hoon!
Toh kya karein ab inn dono kađ
The other nonsense is Devdi and JK quarrel...but that toh we are not bothered much aboutđ
