I cannot accept that this show will end soon. How can a show - so different, so mature in its content, so rich in drama, so well-staffed with the brightest talents be over just for TRP's sake? I try to watch Gulaal last because after watching it, all other shows seem petty and pale by comparison. When I started to watch Gulaal, I used to watch 6 different shows - Ram MIlaye Jodi, Pratigya, Bhagonwali, Chhoti Bahu, Maryada, and Gulaal. I have stopped all other shows except Maryada and Gulaal simply because the bar has been raised so high by Gulaal that it is impossible to tolerate any less that these other shows with high TRPs have to offer. The good thing is, I will have enough time to read some good books again.
I will miss Gulaal sorely.
ya the difference of gulaal n other shows is there is soul in gulaal story which is missing in other serials just giving fun,pleasure to senses.gulaal serial doen't offer just fun or pleasure to senses,you ve to see beyond senses to connct to it,it's soul connection thats why low trps.
how many can or ve time or patience in this present day to ve a soul connection for a serial means to undergo stress for a serial becos it's a serious serial. today's lives are more stressed for everyone.so general audience prefer stress free stuff to free them from stress that they ve already in life in name of entertainment eventhough it is logical/stupid irrespective of it.
i can go on n on abt it but i stop here it going to other topic.i think i tried to summed wat i ve to say.i think it made some sense relative to ur trps.
coming to serial wat u said is right.i agree with u. cvs r intellectual.intelligently wrote so that everyone can make their own interpretatations so that mouth -mouth publicity hokey popular hojayega. but didn't click in trps becos they didn't target general audience.
i see that gulaal character as ram n story has ramamayan. ram being god when borns has human n stays with human he too does wrong things n faces challenges has like other normal human beings eventhough he has amost perfect traits but in human form no one is exception.one can't control destiny n commits mistkaes by being human n with human becos so much complicated human n human relations 😆.thats why god also realised wat is being as human.like cvs might inspired gulaal character from ram character frm ramayan. eventhough gulaal has some super power of finding water. she has strong mental power,good heart. but she is human with flaws eventhough she has almost perfect traits but with flaws.she too faces the effects of her actions eventhough intentions are good.eventhough our intentions are good for some it might seems good for some it seem bad but effects wil be there good/bad irrespective of intentions.but atleast ppl can understand the intentions n judge the person good or bad.
thats why MB,PB understood gulaal her intentions eventhough they overlooekd her flaws.
but this major flaw abt their own son's death they can't bearable becos they too human n has limitations.it is painful it is revealed by kesar.becos gulaal said once family matters her everything n wat kesar tells matters her most. after vasanth death she though t it is her responsibility to become vasanth of the family n in the proecss she lost herself.she takes everything on her shoulders.she can't control everything.destiny can't be controled.somethings r not in our hands. but she thought everything her hands n tried to control everything in fulfilling vasanth dreams.family unity n vasanth dreams fulfill r not in his hands.she got so attached to it n starting controling n fighting with destiny that's what destiny teaching her lesson slowly burdenig her from the burden n giving her wat is good for her.
