Hey Guys Kashish here
anyways i was reading today's update for Gulaal and the significance of the Radha, Kanha and Rukhmani dialogue and the deep meaning behind it caught me off guard. Firstly I would like to congratulate the writer or the dialogue person who just might have tried to hint the tracks ahead just like Shakespeare did. Anyways back to the dialogue. According to Bhagvat Krishn Darpan or our holy books. Radha and Krishna were lovers and Radha was incarnated just so that Krishna or Kanha could depict the beautiful bond of love to the world. Their relationship was never given a name. Infact during the end of his Kishore life stage he left Vrindavan and left Radha there. This was always predestined that Radha and Krishna could never be in named bond. Wat they shared was love to the limits of devotion. Radha after her separation from Krishna, stayed as a devotee, in penance.People also often say that they were just one person in two different incarnation and Krishna often hints that Radha and Krishna are just one. However moving along the story or his life, we are introduced to Rukmani who is an incarnation of Maha Laxmi Mata. For people who know this, know that Laxmi and Vishnu..that is Krishna and Rukhmani have been tied in a bond of marriage eternally over time and centuries. They have taken incarnations such as Ram Sita as well. There relationship was always described as a bond of marriage. Their relationship was always given a name of husband and Wife. Krishna also says that if he is the creator of this world then you rukhmani are the world. That if he is God then Rukhmani is his power. If he is the soul then she is his body. Here he gives the lesson to mankind that wives are the power and honour of husbands.
So after all this, lets put it in the context of Gulaal. If Gulaal is rukhmani, Talli is Radha and Kesar is Kanha, then even though Talli's love for Kesar is immense, they may never unite in a married bond. Rukhmani has and will always be Krishna's wife. RadhaKrishna's love has always been idols but so has their separation. Rukhmani has been the only to have the right over Krishna. Therefore Talli may be immensly in love with Kesar ..but Gulaal is the only one who has rights over Kesar. And to answer MotaBhai's question. What will happen to Rukhmani when Radha and Kanha grow up. Well Shes the only one that can have any right over Kanha. Radha love is worth praying for and immense..but destiny had never united them in the bond of marriage.
Sorry guys. Was it too boring. and please correct me if Im wrong about Radha Krishna and I had no intention to offend anyone 😊

Hey, nice topic
You are right, coz i dont think there is a right and wrong answer for a question on Kanha-Radha, they were what lovers i guess and today you see their idols together
Motabha's question back then and today is an eye-opener, what will happen to Rukhmani
Talli i would say she loves Kesar, but more so in the idea of marrying him, and Talli has prayed for Kesar in the 10 years he wasnt there and all that, but like you say Kahna-Rukhmani - Kes-Gul have that bond and the relation they have is husband-wife as their identity but much more is there and beyond isnt it, i personally dont see Kes-Gul apart from one another esp that bond, they are connected and have to be. She is the one who he looks to - he always has done and Gul always had Kesar beside her

fingers crossed i hope to god what you say comes true here AND the script writers do not change the story to appease SOME people who are hell bent in bringing up the age difference between KESAR-GULAAL.

hey nice post but i will like to point that the reference radha kanha rukhmani is wrong wen it comes to kesar gulaal and talli................ radha and krishna loved each other Radha is the soul of Krishna she is the most important friend of Krishna, 'His heart and soul'
talli and kesar doesnt have that bond that uniquenes nor talli is close to radha .......she is more like devotee a worshipper of kesar just like meera and gulaal is more like radha to kesar there bond is divine, phenomenal and incessant its an highest form of love, Radha is assumed to be also 10 years old to Krishna krishna left vridavan at the age of 12 (sheer coincidence with kesar ) thereafter Radha and Krishna share thoughts even through separation (mentioned in parakriya rasa ) .........most of the devotee consider Radha and krishna as one..When two souls are united, the difference of the other or the second vanishes .....Radha – Krishna's love is the symbol of the feeling of being united.
For me Kesar Gulaal and Talli are more like Krishna Radha and Meera...............dont u agree ????

Kashish,

That was an awesome post. Loved it.👍🏼
And I loved the response arti07 👍🏼 gave to it
Personally I dont like comparing serial storylines to Gods and Godesses. Maybe its the religious Hindu in me😳
But I loved what you tried to express in terms of Gulaal and Talli vis-a vis kesar.
In fact at this point I think both Gulaal and Talli are far superior in their emotional progression. One loves Kesar due to an emotional bondinag and affection as a guardian, the other loves him as the only man she has known.
But I think Kesar is yet to exhibit any maturity in his romantic feelings or for that matter even in his deeds.
Therefore he is hardly Lord Krishna.
If I were to take your example, Lord Krishna was never hurtful towards others and neither was he ever under any misconception. He always knew what is right and led by example.
Kesar seems to be quite lost in this respect.....and frankly, if I leave alone Neil Bhatt's charms 😳, purely on the basis of what we have been shown there is nothing so outstanding in Kesar which may want someone to fall for him..........
He clearly is not Vasant......not yet.

Thanks everyone for the detailed explanation of the sacred Radha-Krishna-Rukmini relationship😊
I guess Motaba knew what he meant when he refered Talli-Kesar as Radha-Krishna, which gives us a hint that he has accepted Gulaal (indirectly) as Rukmini. Though he might oppose this relationship in front of all, he knows the ultimate truth😊

I agree with you and I dont want Kesar and Gulaal to be separated. Talli is annoying me and I might never be able to understand how she can ignore the fact that he is married to Gulaal and not be concrned about Gulaal after she gets married to Kesar. I mean if she grew up in that village then she should know the significance that marriage holds for a woman right. Breaking someone's marriage for ur own regardless of whether they actually share a bond or not just doesnt sound like the right way to start.

I definately agree. 100% because I am a Radha Krishna devotee and their relationship stands to be the most purest. And Krishna actually told the whole world that he loved Radha and Kesar hasnt done that at all. Talli is more suited to Meera. I agree. but I didnt choose these references. Infact I would never connect religious aspects to serials. I just wanted to analyse the deep meaning behind motabhai's dialogue. He referred Kesar to Krishna, Talli to Radha and Gulaal to Rukhmani. But yes I do agree. But Talli is not even like Meera. Meera didnt expect anything back Talli does. In the end Krishna is God and these characters are human beings. U cant really compare 😊

yeah i agree. I never use god and goddesses as references because they were gods and these are fictional characters. The only reason I did that because of motabhai's reference to them as kanha, radha and rukhmani. I merely tried to analyse the track ahead. But thank you soo much for the reply. and I Think no matter how much everyone including Gulaal wants him to take Vasant's place, he wont be able to and want to take it. 😊
