I have always felt the same. Virat takes Sai for granted. However I can not place his support for PL in picture properly.

Another thing I would add is- As I said in this thread- his love is similar to PL. when he gave up on Sai because he thought she doesn’t love him is not in a nice way. It was not like how Sai would give up on him- not expect love but still care for him.

But he turns vicious and really makes her feel ungrateful and an unworthy human for rejecting him. He did it after Anniversary and also after Shruti track. Both times his treatment of Sai was hostile. And one thing common- he always brought back PL in picture when that happened, not romantically but he used PL
to show how Sai is unworthy lesser woman and PL is better woman. He did it till Shruti track and post also leap.

Even Sai said it that when you are angry you will side with her. Sadly it is seen as Sai’s acceptance and understanding of Virat- but It is still wrong for him to do that.

For me I agree that he loves Sai- but his love is very toxic. Is it worth if it comes without realization and change? That is where I am stuck. So far his realization is not in sight for me. And I see no change in his treatment to Sai- small snippet was given in hospital scene where she refuses food , his reaction there and at home was exactly how he would behave when Sai rejected him preleap. He only calmed down when she apologized.

My point being- while he seem to have realize he should have stopped Sai- I dont think he still feels he wronged her since surrogacy and he is taking her for granted.

I would very respectfully disagree to Sai aspect.

I didnot see her not trusting ‘universe’ from miscarriage- infact it was completely opposite. She kept faith in universe and Virat and came up with solution to keep him happy. Kept agreeing to everything he unilaterally decided - because she had ‘faith’ that things will fall in place once Vinu is born. To a point that she herself went to make peace with PL. It was her ‘faith’ in universe and Virat that things will be fine now.

But snatching Vinu RIGHTFULLY made her loose that trust. It was not one event but cumulative - she kept going and going and in the end she was still made to loose. As if she didn’t even matter.

One aspect everyone tends to put on back burner in Sai Virat equation is her being orphan. After her Aba in NP only Virat brought sense of familiarity for her, he was a person her aba chose so he had to be nice and I think that trust is what kept her coming back to Virat again and again.

Sai is blamed of mistrust be it in Virat or universe but I strongly feel opposite for her. It was her trust in Virat that she kept coming back everytime after he wringed her-till it came to her child.

With that- I feel Sai feeling so protective of Vinu then was underplayed and misunderstood by many. Everyone want her spousal love to be above motherly love - many gave that as reason for Virat’s action that he cares of Sai not kid.

But - Sai has no family of her own. She is orphan. That child then was her only chance of having blood relationship. At that point it was established she cant be mother ever and she made peace with it. (For me she showed tremendous -sort of looking outof place) level of resilience there)
So for her that child matter- it was her chance of getting that unconditional love and support and relationship that no matter what stands by you. That is qhen she put her foot down and rightfully so.

post leap it was established that she was waiting for Virat to find her. It was when she saw him married to PL - that her ‘trust’ broke- again rightfully.

Basically her husband who assumed her dead went ahead and created a life that she left for. Him and Pl coparenting Vinayak- he was adopted or not doesn’t matter- to me that is huge disrespect one can do to a person who is assumed dead.

She was hopeful Vinu will accept her but when he outright rejected her- It is after that when she questioned- if she is so unworthy of love that everyone leaves her. - again rightfully. Any person would feel that.

I know he said it- but aise acknowledged ka no point if he next moment goes back to doing worst.

That’s just how his character has always been. It’s never gonna change. I made my peace with that lol😆

Ya thats what it comes down too. We all have its just that for my brain its hard to digest tht this is ‘the love’

I totally understand its drama and nobody is perfect and I am not even looking for that. Toxic live exist but the show it as toxic- after making Virat do many such things - show him say I only lived Sai and was feeling Ghutan with PL is wrong.

I would have better handled if they kept narrative to what they shown- he tried to move on but his hear now desires Sai after knowing about kids. Accept you messed up- thats human.
Not this god syndrome that I always loved Sai n in all these years didn’t think of anyone else while you really were trying your best to move on, even if half heartedly but you did.

Same goes for Sai- she goes back to Virat accepting I know he wrongs me but I have my weakness and I go back to him. But to say I got kidnapped and abuse because I needed lesson in love thats pathetic.

But showing PL comitt crimes n virat support it to sell it as majboori kismat halat, Virat prioritize n sleep on same bed with PL holding hand, have hapoy family life with Vinu and PL and then say it was suffocating, or Sai after showing her go through so much trauma because of Virat only to come n say duniya ke sare hero Virat le age zero- thats undigestible.

The current court case fiasco and PL still hanging out in CN is reason my excitement for Satya has gone down too.

Its so true when you look back at the episodes Sai doesn't trust the universe...

and I've been watching some old old episodes and she at one point questions herself does she love V? is she falling for him? and then talks herself out of it as she knows HE doesn't see her as his perfect partner...she doesn't fit his mold of life partner...

even if you look back at the episode during Samrats return to CN when Sai and Samrat are talking in Sairat room, he asks her openly you dont feel anything for V? and she says I can't because he feels for someone else (or something along those lines) I always found that answer ....odd...
