I see two possibilities/outcomes of this track.

First, Satya will help Sai and prove her innocent by bringing proofs that she performed the surgery because Pakhi's life was on danger. Thus a new kind of bond will develop between both of them.

Second, Virat will try to break his marriage with Pakhi. In order to show Virat-Sai-Satya love triangle the writers have to show Virat single to make the track more interesting. I feel that Satya will not just help Sai but also indirectly help Virat in getting out of his toxic marriage. Pakhi's screenspace and importance will reduce a lot in this track.

Exactly! Virat will surely try to help as much as he can but it will be Satya who will be the real savior. Also in order to make this love triangle more interesting the writers may finally decide to end Virakhi marriage lol and this act of Pakhi will be the main trigger.
