I hope by the end of this track Sai ask Virat that if Pakhi can go to such extent then what's the guarantee she will not harm any of their kids in home itself which he claims to be safe place.

I see two possibilities/outcomes of this track.

First, Satya will help Sai and prove her innocent by bringing proofs that she performed the surgery because Pakhi's life was on danger. Thus a new kind of bond will develop between both of them.

Second, Virat will try to break his marriage with Pakhi. In order to show Virat-Sai-Satya love triangle the writers have to show Virat single to make the track more interesting. I feel that Satya will not just help Sai but also indirectly help Virat in getting out of his toxic marriage. Pakhi's screenspace and importance will reduce a lot in this track.

Virat will try to help or be shown helpless something along those lines before he could. Satya will come in knight in shining armour before Virat..likh ke Lelo. I don't feel they'll now flip Virat against Sai at all like it won't make sense. It'll be fight between two men for a lady.
