Don’t have much to say. Pretty much covered by Msin and Moor. So will delve into some perspectives/theory that came forward since my discussions from the forum and the episodes
General
The long stay of this track. Day by day the dread is building up. And the confirmation that it is going to be a long haul. They have enough ammunition settled for parallel tracks. Harini, Karishma and Omi will be the flag bearers. So it will be back to old Ghum days, but with Sai not holding the rights of a DIL and wife.
I’m not sure, how they will stretch a track for so long without “Sairat”.
Moor, I do agree. There is a possibility that they might be whitewashing P. While V and Sai both released her. It is P who has time and again pulling and tying them to her. Through tactics, plotting, mind games, emotions, curses, jealousy…. She is not setting them free. So her redemption and Sai and V’s freedom has to come through her. She has to set them free, by letting go of her obsession… her past. And hence free herself too.
Perfectly makes sense, if they are trying to show all are human and each has their flaws, while no one is wrong.. it is the situation. Giving a closure to their character arcs.
But what will not make sense here for me is, how is V getting justified in all this. Him marrying P is the biggest setback and wrong he did to Sai. While P may set V free, why should Sai return to V? The fact that their relationship was at the mercy of P and V could/did not come to Sai by himself. His decision was dependent on P.
P’s change of heart pre leap was not convincing enough. So it is difficult to believe now that she is not working under some hidden agenda. Either they want to flip completely against audience view or they are trying their best to convince that P has indeed changed and throw us off in the end by flipping the narrative again.
It seems like P had no role in Vinu’s discovery and knows nothing of his identity (if he is indeed the OG Vinu). Though it could just be a ploy to lead us into believing P.
However bringing in adoption also has it’s significance. If it was OG Vinu, it would have been considered as Sai’s son. Something that will be an underlying fact in all interactions, actions and equations between P - Vinu and Sai-Vinu.
But here with adoption he is just another child, who P has brought up. He is a clean slate devoid of any attachment or linkage. P had the choice and luck to raise him as her own.
She got what she wanted. Yet, Sai take back everything that actually belonged to her and P tried to snatch away. This will be crucial for her as she will understand not just the pain she gave Sai by taking away her baby, but also how destiny and Karma will find their way despite one’s best efforts to make it it work otherwise. The fact that Sai without having her child for so many years, could connect with this child (without even knowing it to her own). The selflessness of her love.
Coming to the most important part.
At this point Sai and Virat are back to the day they parted. The same doubts, insecurities, accusations are back in between them. V had been in guilty zone, but he is back to the angry mode. Sai who still had lingering doubts is now back to where she believed that she was dispensable.
OG Vinayak’s has been a mystery throughout. His status, his reference, his mourning by each parent has been puzzling. Part of the puzzle was solved, when V realised that Vinu was not with Sai. He assumed both to be dead. So, he thinks that if Sai is alive, Vinu possibly could be too, but he is not. But Sai nowhere mentions Vinu. Nor is is she assuming this Vinu to her child.
While we are wondering why V has not connected Savi to to be his child, he is still stuck at the point that Sai can’t conceive and if she did she will not manage it full term.
But why is Sai not mentioning Vinu at all. Why did she not wonder why V did not question about Vinayak? When she believed Vinu was so important to V. This is puzzling.
Szsiddiqa mentioned about a spoiler about Sai contacting V/Chavans to deliver the Vinu’s news.
That is when I got thinking on this. Sai may have left CN, but at that point when she knew that Vinu had not survived, she would have delivered that news to Chavans. Even at the risk of being accused, she would have informed him, as she never denied their rights on Vinu. She was only fighting for her rights, that she felt were at risk.
So it makes sense, that she called to inform, and someone on the other end heard it and disconnected or the message was never delivered due to some gap. But if it is the former, then there is someone within CN who knows that Sai is alive. Is it P or P’s mother?
This puts some gaps to rest and also gives more insight into what this could possibly lead to.
Sai informed someone in CN that Vinu is no more. In all probability she does not know who that is. The call would have been disconnected and never hearing back from V post that, made her think that he was no longer interested in her. She anyways was under the impression that V was trying to stop her for Vinu. If their baby is not there, she holds no value to V. Hence, he made no attempts to come after her.
This gives the answer to why Sai has not thought about V thinking her to be dead or Vinayak. Because, as per her, V is aware about Vinu’s death and her survival. Which is making her more bitter into believing that V has moved on, and he never came looking for her.
There is a villain lurking around in the dark there. If it the most predictable or unpredictable we will have to wait and watch.
Like Sadhika had mentioned about the trust that V and Sai have to have on each other.
Sai to believe that V only loves her and V to believe Sai will not leave him. Splitting this into 2 parts. Here “Savi” is the catalyst ..as a name and as their daughter
1. Sai’s pain – Something that has been discussed many a times. Before I go into this, lets look at this example. Every person has a different way of expressing their love. Some do this in a more physical manner, some in an indirect way. Some express in words, some in actions. None is wrong. It is their build and how it comes naturally to them to convey. Similarly, V is a person who understands something which is physical, evident to the eyes. We have discussed this before. Every time Sai is physically injured, V becomes paranoid. Because that is the language he understands. Her pain affects him immensely to the extent, he goes crazy. But he is only capable of seeing her physical pain. He knows she is mentally strong. And Sai barely shows her inner turmoil or her vulnerable side. So he feels she is fine. He lacks that understanding to see through that hard exterior that she pulls off every time. Even now, he was guilty and going crazy in her loss, because she is not there physically. But now that he has seen her alive, he is gone back to that parting phase. (I’m not negating the whole anger that he holds for his own suffering at believing she died etc. That still holds true. Because he is self-absorbed with his own sufferings). It will take another threat to her life to bring him back…..unless he sees through that determined face.
So how will this happen. V will have to see and understand the ordeal that she went through. V and Sai’s equation will continue to be rocky for sometime..in fact it will turn messier. V will not see what Sai went through..precisely why he hasn’t registered the significance of the name “Savi”. He will first know that Savi is his daughter. And this will be after he sees the worse side of it all. Savi’s longing for her father, she being name called as “illegitimate” etc. This will only aggravate V’s anger at Sai. And he will go a long way in this before he faces the reality. That is why there was no one by Sai’s side to talk about her sufferings, while there are many who are witness to V’s side of the story. V will learn through different sources about Sai’s sufferings. What she went through to bring their daughter to this world. And here is where he will cover that journey of seeing beyond Sai’s physical pain. That is where his true reflection and repentance will begin.
2. Sai will not leave him – Hear me out here. It is not exactly what it has been interpreted all along. Since the time they married Sai has time and again threatened to leave V and CN. And this has been a fear engraved in V’s subconscious mind. Something that came true with this separation. But what he fails to understand is that Sai is not capable of moving on from him. Even today, she is stuck on that day she left CN. Despite all that happened she named their daughter “Savi”. The name holds a lot of significance and also reveals a lot of truth that is left unsaid. That name will tell Virat, that Sai will not leave him..again he will have to see this beyond the physical space. In her heart she is tied to him, and she can never leave him. She is strong and self-sufficient, but that is in physical and material context. But her heart is fixed on him, and she will never let him go anywhere from there. She is not leaving him there.
Like you had mentioned Sadhika, this will have to reach a stage where V will let go off Savi to make Sai believe that she means the most to him, with or without kids. And he only wants that family with her. This will happen only once he realizes the above. He will see beyond his own pain and will see all that Sai went through. Understand her at a level that is beyond physical, read her unsaid words…things that she hides from the world. And she will be able to see that he loves her and her importance is independent and far superior to the fact that she is the mother of his children.
