Even if sai believes him I will not. I will wait to see the reason behind their marriage but no reason is enough to justify.

makers were never good with legal issues, they could just state - Virat wanted to adopt the kid but according to laws - only couple can adopt a kid, so marriage with Pakhi is a marriage of convenience or they could state, since Virat is a risky profession, only if he has a wife - the kid could be adopted legally. Actually, the second point can even stand in court of law - just like insurance, where they deny you Accidental or even Health insurance if you are working in a risky profession such as Armed forces.

See if you consider from the Point of KD .. the marriage was broken effectively after pekhom was born .. Rono was so cruel .. and virat has done the same

He had to do a lot more to get her back abd still she did not agree .. eventually he gave up trying .. abd then she thought let bygones be bygones .

Though it shouldn't happen but sai will be back in CN soon. They're already setting plots like mohrishma, harini etc for sai to come back and solve issues.

I personally want sai to stay away and virat to put alot of efforts to get her back. That'll do justice to Sai's character and redeem virat too.

Sai shouldn't agree due to any 'majboori' to go back to CN.

Yes that's why they are arranging plots for next few hundred episodes. See the leap has worked for them so they will continue with this. If they were mulling over a generation leap...it won't come any soon.
