I guess the only reason to make Sai pregnant is because now she's really anticipating and preparing for baby so if pp ka bhanda phod happens, Sai will be relieved but she will still feel sad that baby is gone. But they can show her conceive after pp goes to jail, V repents and begs, Sai being depressed, ultimately Sai -V reconciling and getting intimate and Sai conceiving.

See mostly she won't be unless trp reduces. They r keeping options open maybe.

But they may show from Pakhi maybe as she has no other role now.

Her periods would've stopped because of her first pregnancy plus with whatever so called issues she had, they may not have resumed. So even if she's pregnant, she wouldn't know.

Like in real life, women sometimes conceive quickly after the first baby, & presume periods are absent because of the pregnancy when actually they are pregnant. This has happened in my circle!
