I really wish I could salvage the show for the sake of our beloved Ayesha. If I was the maker, this wpuld be my plot- pp would be shown to be faking pregnancy and eventually planning a fake miscarriage to blake Sai so that everyone hates her, but Sai suspecting her and proving she was never pregnant and her true colors are revealed and going to jail. V and BK both feeling extremely guilty and begging her for forgiveness for ruining the embryo and Sai's chances of being a mother. Sai being depressed and V having to repent. Eventually things better.

Sai getting pregnancy symptoms and testing positive and a second doctor saying its a complicated pregnancy but its feasible.. V and family pampering her. Since pp cannot be rid of from the show, they can show pp escape from jail, come to harm Sai. Few near misses. Ultimately V arresting PP again and full on bashing of hers in public. And then Sai delivery with baby Savi
