P tells Sai I have an idea to convince BK for celebrating Sam's bday. I will manage.
P asks about V knowing fully well he is not in the room. Sai is forming an answer when V comes in the room. Gestures Sai that he will handle it. Same as precap.
NiNi discussing about P ka changed behaviour to Sai. Both are skeptical. Shailesh ka dialogues delivery is too good in this part. Sarcasm is dripping out of it.
Also discuss about how V needs to support Sai. Ninad tells Ash that V has fixed this idea of having a child with Sai and that too naturally. P goes to BK's room. BK is irritated with her. P calmly manipulates her. Says I used to be laadli bahu, now you don't like me but please hear me out.
Says I had a dream (yeah you did... a yucky one). Lies to BK that Sam came in my dreams. he wants to come and meet us. wants to have food and enjoy with us. Sam ki tareef pe tareef pe tareef... itna to uske lifetime main bhi nahi ki.😡
BK softens... agrees for bday.
P switches between "tum" and "aap" for Sam randomly.
In ZA, Sai has decorated everything. Blue and white theme.
ShiviRaj praise her. Sai says thank P for making BK agree to this.
P ki mom comes and says I want her to move ahead. BK is angry. Mansi sides with P. Says even I want that for her but she wants to stay with me as my bahu and Sam's wife. Says vo jo bhi kuch kar rahi hai mere dil se sirf dua nikal rahi hai 🤢
Sai and V have a short convo while decorating. Sai says I will wait for you till you are ready to talk about this.
P Mom and P bitch about how BK is rude to her. P says I am doing this to get close to V so thoda BK ko makhhan lagaya to kya hi hua. Mom says look at them... they are like a chattan. P says I know how to make daraar.
V is looking for matchbox to light up a diya. P comes and lights it. V MOVES AWAY 👏
It looked to me as deliberate attempt. P drops the matchstick on her broom/pallu lying on the floor. it starts burning. Devi has come with puranpoli. keeps it in front of the pic and sees the burning pallu. V being the valiant man... extinguishes the fire on the pallu, but lights it up in someone's heart.
P tries to hold his hand to check burns. V PULLS IT AWAY. Sai looks in shock. P asks Sai to take a look. Sai holds his hand. he lets her and smiles. 😊
P moves away and remembers yoga love 
Then comes back and immediately monologues to Sam about how she was ready to move on with him and now that he is dead, she would move on... jaanti hun tum bhi yahi chahte ho!!!

Sai says I need to thank someone first who gave the permission. Gives the war cry... Jai Bhavani. Others join in.
Sai goes to MB, says we should thank God that he gave us Sam. will only remember good memories. everyone agrees.
Mohit and Rajeev bring out a cake.
Devi and Sai bring out a standee. BTS se pata hai ki vo Sam ka life size portrait hai. Asks V to pull the curtain. Episode ends.
Precap main... SaiRat bedroom. V sitting on bed. Sai says I will go to another room to sleep. V holds her hand. stops her. says you surprised me today. Sai smiles. in the morning P goes to nursery. Finds no V. is worried if SaiRat are sleeping together. 🤣
Yes Didi check their room... please let her see them cuddling each other. Kaleje ko thandak milegi mere 🤪
Verdict:

P ki mom is a confusing character. Wants her to move on with another guy but is also supportive in breaking up SaiRat.
V is sad, no other emotions except a smile to Sai.😛

The hints are towards surrogacy but doesn't look like V or BK will agree so far. Neither will NiNi.
