Why couldn’t they show gudi padwa

They are a Maharashtrian family .. rather than showing inane plots which drags .. they could have shown gudi padwa being celebrated in Chavan niwas in a low key way ..Yes vrat is not participating but they can show virat both being invited to DIG sir house for that ., they both deck up nicely..and go there ..

they also have ladies wearing pagri and riding bikes .. so they can show sai doing all that in college .. with her friends
In this track .. virat is not even needed just pulkit has to be there

They can't even afford to shoot in two locations..Not once we have seen Sai enjoying with her friends

Budget nahi hai boss. All the profit must be going into their other shows that are not picking up. Now they have a set up for a bakery as well😆

I wish they would celebrate Gudi Padwa in a small way. They can use it as a filler track that's cheerful instead of a long track like Holi with drama.

They still have a chance to show. But I don’t think they are heading in that direction. Infact Gudi Padwa is a big occasion in Maharashtra.

That’s what .. rather than making elaborate sets with flowers like Shivratri .. they could have had the family sitting down and making the guddi padwa doll .. there are so many Marathis sitting there .. would have come out very well ..

they could have shown Sonali teaching Karishma how to do it. Properly .. Sai n pakhi could have stayed at the back .. with just sitting for Puja.. in one episode could have been wrapped up .. rather than them sitting in kaku’s room and drawing room ..

Yes .. since ML is busy with another show .. this week rather than setting up bakery .. they could have had gudi Padwa bike March in college .. with Sai leading with her friends.. she has the sass to do it

Vaise they have shown very less Maharashtrian culture aspects in there. And whatever they use, it is done for cringe.

Alta is not worn by Marathi ladies. Its a Bengali thing.

Similarly, basant panchami is celebrated but not at a grand scale like that in ghum.

They completely missed on few aspects that could have evoked the marital relationship and associated traditions.

Hartalika teej is big event. A day before Ganesh chaturthi. Completely ignored.

Vad savitri was done for Pakhi i guess but not for Sai.

Mahalaxmi is a 3 day event during Ganpati.

And there are umpteen minor ones too.

Padwa was okay.

Gudi padwa is missed as mentioned.

Rakhi/Bhaubeej is missed. Could have used it for Sam Sai... Sai Mohit bond. Even Devi and her brothers.
