It's cus of the execution, omitting many important dialogues from KD, mindless copy pasting with bad modification, cringey creativity ended up in a messed up track as well as his character. Idk if the writers have a personal issues with Virat's character or not. Who writes their ML like that plus his character sketch vibes are different from Ronno but they give him dialogues & actions of Ronno's so in all it's culmination of a terrible mishmash. They should hire a good bengali translator cus I feel they don't get most of the scenes from KD what it tried to mean & show. And obviously Neil's acting has done the biggest damage to his character in this track that makes him character look ambiguous inspite of his tall claims and dialogues of loving Sai so much and not having anything to do with Shruti. It just doesn't reflect in his acting on-screen especially in this track. He brought a colossal disaster to his own character whether makers gave him brief or he himself brought those so-called nuances improvisations which led to his misplaced misleading expressions, acting & body language that made people doubt his character intentions. Both him & makers don't know subtlety.

True, they lack in execution...that's why I said previously that this PH should not have been given this script, to be performed by such bad actors.

Today after 450 episodes also, audience are contemplating whether or not SaiRat are endgame or Virat really love Sai and that's sad.

Hey check I edited my comment. Read it again. I added new part & quote again with whatever you'd like to say.

Yeah. They shouldn't have touched Shruti track when they themselves are unsure. It was visible in their execution they're lacking clarity.

True, they lack sense and for them it's just convenience and easy money as far as TRPs are there...

They need a woman in team, as i see the story, it's more from male perspective as of now, hence they made Virat self victimise and refusing to understand sai, even after claiming to love her so much.

Another thing is this is not actually love, this is the wife's stamp and haq he feels on Sai...i have seen men who claim to love their wives, but still can't help straying while wanting their wives trust.

They can't show the ML actually having something for the other woman as they have to show them being the endgame. Honestly this is nothing new. They could've shown so many more in this track by removing the flaws from KD. They could've actually shown Virat is the wronged one. By tweaking the story. Making Shruti and Virat actually have a platonic bond, no such cringey creativity scenes shown in their equation, in private they could've made Virat call her a bhabhi so at the end when he's proven innocent & others feeling guilty for not trusting him somehow would've made sense & audience would feel for Virat. The outcome would've been justifiable in his favour even if he were to live with her.

See, Virat is similar to vanraj but vanraj was shown to openly stray and abuse his wife, while Virat covers up his straying in name of vaada and abuse in name of love, the difference between a gray hero and a villain.

And platonic bonds are reserved for Sai who makes everyone bhau and dada, for Virat all are romantic love angles.

Makers aren't sure themselves whether Virat is a player or doesn't understand what should be done or not explains why he's so handsy with other women & mainly the ones who have lust for him? Atleast he stopped touching Shruti after hospital track, didn't touch her after confession. When will he stop being handsy with Pakhi?

That's what, Virat is shown to be 'Mahaan' but comes out as player who enjoys attention of women who lust after him because his wife doesn't give him importance. A person who comes covered in front of wife, has no qualms in changing shirt in front of bhabhi...a person who is shown to maintain boundaries with wife and respecting her wishes by making pillow wall, won't think for a second before holding hands and entering into personal space of deewani bhabhi...so 🤷

Very unique characterization of ML where villains look better than him.

Yes if they had truly made the bond platonic

They have already shown Usha maushi calling Kamal sir .. bhau and the platonic bond between madhuri n pulkit

If they had shown virat calling shruti bhabhi in private and she calling him bhau ..or treating him like younger brother .. it would have given some credibility to virat ..

By blindly copying KD.. they ruined the story

In KD .. Rono was quite actively sleeping with emon .. he did not keep her in arms length .. his fight was how he she can believe I can stray from you .

I still don't understand what is binding sai to Virat, amidst all the abuse and EMA etc. Love and happy moments are close to none, there is no confession and Virat did blunder which is being justified at the expense of Sai.
