As you said sai and rinku have no comparison, their father’s death has also no comparison. There is a difference in trauma caused by seeing father and mother brutal death by own eyes and knowing father died.

I don’t even understand why to go deep on a pathetic serial which has no head or tail ! 😂

Hello all. I happened to stumble upon this forum a couple of days and found some interesting discussions here.

Let me start by saying what a wonderful post this was. I had not thought of Sai this way. Considering that she lost her father so early in her life and has no one in the world - Sai looking for her father in Virat does seem probable. Husbands can never give the kind of love a father gives a daughter. Sai painfully seeking belonging and love is indeed heart wrenching.

The only part that I have a slightly different take is on whether Virat can fill that void in Sai's life. To me, Virat always comes across as a troubled person. Although the Chavan family seem to care about and hold Virat in a pedestal, their love is clearly superficial (except Ashwini) and even transactional at times. The family is highly dysfunctional and the affects of it can be seen in Virat. He seems to be person who gets too easily engulfed by his own emotions to understand another person's viewpoint(although he is not selfish) and is also very sensitive to the notions of acceptance and love. He means well, but ends up hurting himself and others - he himself needs acceptance and unconditional love. So I believe neither Sai nor Virat are capable of filling each other's life with abundant love. Sorry for too much psychology. :-)

as I said in my post, virat is not a Vishu yet because as you also pointed out, he gets lost in his hurt and rejection which is normal. He cannot see yet from sais perspective. He can be a good lover and partner. But sai looks for the love her father had for her. Every woman seeks that. Sai seeks more because for her she has already put virat in her fathers place so expects same amount of love and attention from him :) it is not possible in any romantic relationship as I understand because there are much more variables involved here: it has to be nurtured slowly to reach that level. Vishu In the movie is too ideal 😅 though it feels good to have someone like that in any girl’s life. The last scene ( if you have watched) captured that. Vishu carrying rinku is equated to young rinku carried by her father showing the unconditional acceptance. I want sai to get such lOve from virat… eventually.

I couldn't see sai atrangi re cause neither i have hotstar nor star plus channel (our government banned star plus few months ago).So does anyone know where can i watch sai atrangi re😢Share me the link if anyone has.

Loved your analysis. While I did agree the Vishu's was quick and sudden.. Virat is unconditional only in certain instances and like Sadhika mentioned in her analysis, Virat is selfless love only after second accident.. (not considering the current track).

What he needs to do however, is give Sai time and look at it from her perspective, something Vishu did when Sajjad had the operating table incident. ❤️

However going by the current I wonder if we are expert too much. Totally disappointed with V after today's episode 😭
