Virat is patriarchal but not consciously. He has some traits imbibed like he doesn’t cook or thinks of cooking. :)

May be 10% patriarchal due to his upbringing which I will excuse. Ok again I am not contesting. Virat is still a good man in my opinion.

tv serials and movies reflect the society. And start the debate of right or wrong. Just like they condemned virat’s locking as domestic abuse. You have to show the reality so people will identify it with their doings then condemn it to strike hard!!

Especially kakus talk yesterday, she asking for heir and demeaning sais achievements will reflect with most MILs in Indian families. Yesterday I felt good that certain section of women will identify with kaku and then must have taken aback by virat and sais words! That’s good writing in my opinion. Show the mistake and then condemn it.

Anyways I am not ashamed of my opinion . It comes from a deeper understanding of reality. Neither I condemn others opinion because it comes from an idealistic viewpoints. Both are good . One is reality and one is Desired reality where virat will not have to pose as a husband to protect a woman 👏

Still agree to disagree. I have seen single woman with no husband/ family support having their safe delivery and living safely. Talking from my own life experiences where I have seen such cases. So the idealistic and realistic approach also subjective. It doesn't become fact. If what you said is true then we wouldn't have single and widow mothers at all.

bigger cities yes things are changing. Just go one level below!!! Yeah I have handful of examples which went wrong. And you have books and media which discuss these in and out. In my opinion it takes two more generations and solid education to let things happen like we desire. And for virat to not pose as a husband to protect a woman.

really a good discussion but I can’t type my insights. Would have been better if we could all talk and debate.
I don’t want to cause hurt to others sentiments because women issues are sensitive. We should not randomly say things. So thats why I sai no contest.

And I want to be friends with you all! After all we need to discuss sairat romance down the lane ☺️

Good man according to his convenience.. Helping young ladies by giving his name as husband..

Sorry it's not idealistic view.. He is the reflection of the kida of society who brings other woman in absence of his wives.. He is the same guy who asks his sister to leave his room as its getting late but allows his Bhabi at any odd hours..

There are NO parameter to label anyone as a good human.. Neither we can label him as the bad one.. Because there is no particular format to it.. One can go beyond doing things for others or one can stoop lowest to the lowest to make suffer others ..

Buying diamond rings or candy floss Cam not make him a good husband or good human being.. These are all materialistics ..I would still give him few points if he has once introspect what he has done to Sai.. Because him this girl had to be twice on death bed...

No I don’t consider his gifts!

I liked how he stood by sai during her name change and education. He is supportive of her goals. And considers them as his. That’s what I like in him.

I agree women issues are definitely sensitive, we never know what they must have suffered from. You being this much considerate speaks highly about you.

As per promo Sai is in hospital as student,

why is she in hospital? For us she is in 2 nd year.

What exactly 2 nd year students do? or

Do they made Sai final year student overnight like they made NiNi’s 27 to 37 years married life and Virat became 35 year old.
