But, the second Samrat brought up his commitment to Sai, it seemed to me that he froze in pain for reasons that I said in my other post! This is his mind and heart being at odds. But, during the fever scene, we see his heart take over. And again, we will see his heart take over when he tells Pakhi that only Sai is in his heart... if he was confused about his feelings or shocked that someone could think he is committed to Sai, why would he point blank tell Pakhi that it is Sai and only Sai for him? In this moment, when he is talking to Samrat, the wound of the anniversary is fresh...the conversation between Sai and Samrat is fresh. He is hopeless... so what is the point of any of this? But, once he cools down... and when it comes down to it with Pakhi trying to "win" him over, he will speak up. I found him staying silent to be quite within his character actually. When I said that Samrat already knows that Virat is in love with Sai, I didn't mean to say that the onus should be on him to figure it out. But, that's just Virat. His emotions overcloud all else....

I still think I saw it as shocked and not hurt. But then may be.. I am not okay with him not answering these questions.. He can deny staying with Sai, can be indifferent to her , but at least talk when needed to.. I dont see why he should have kept quite there..If he has decided its Sai for him, whether they are together or not and this since a long time and not after the hurt caused to him yesterday, he could as well say so... He has said it to Pakhi and we know she does not register such things, so no point there and he should have also known by now, considering he is not so unsmart!! He cannot keep making the same mistakes again and again and expect people to understand his good intent!! My view though.. Baaki I also feel there was no need for that kiss by Sai, to him.. EK toh that kiss ka direction 😡uspar se the requirement both were weird. Why have such scenes when one cant write them and direct them properly! Now dont beat me up for spreading negativity 😆

I guess what I am trying to say is that he did not intentionally stay quiet. It was not a conscious thought process for him to decide that he will not open his mouth.... it never is for him. It is just the fact that he does realize that he needs to open his mouth in the first place. It's not about him being smart or not smart... it's the fact that again, he is wallowing in his own hurt. I agree with you that he is making the same mistake again, although unintentionally. He cannot expect people just to understand him without him saying anything...to me, Samrat's words did seem to register with him today... at least, his expression indicated this. Hopefully he will reflect on them and finally decide to clear up the past (which I think he does after the cafe kaand based on KD anyways).

In terms of the kiss, I just wish the director would have at least tried to cover up the fact that Sai kissed the air and not Virat 🤣 It was so so poorly executed... but then again, what else was to be expected? 🤣

I would make the earnest request to the director to not have such intimate scenes in the show if he is not able to direct or the actors are uncomfortable. Please !! Hath jod ke!

let's fulfill didi ke wish...as we all know it, until she achieves her wish she is not going to keep peace in anyone else life.

Samrat and Mansibua can go and stay in Mahabaleshwar after divorce is finalized with Patralekha.

Sai can divorce Virat and move on with her life., instead of being in a dead end relationship. She may feel lonely and depressed but again who cares, as long as Pakhi gets want she wants.

Pakhi and Virat can finally get married and she can satisfy her ego of finally winning her trophy. She after all wants Virat physically so the moment they get married she can satisfy her needs. She has been lusting after him for a very long time now. 🤢

Let Virat, Sai and Samrat be miserable. Who cares about what they want in their life, as long as Pakhi aka Patralekha aka Pakhididi is happy. It is all about the sushil bahu and her wants, her needs, her ego, her happiness, her life.. well you get the point.

If he had talked and explained the stupid Vaada he gave to Pakhi and that being his commitment that Sai mentioned. First Sammy would laugh and then ask about their yoga love, 🤣🤣 laugh more.

The next day Sammy would take Virat along and would talk to Sai explain the Vaada and ask Virat himself to clarify on their yoga love story.. Sam and Sai will laugh together🤣🤣

Sai would say.. so this was it!!! N Viru would accept.. Sai proposes.. bam I leave Ghum..

I mean just look at his expression... he looks like he is about to burst into tears... 🤣 Once again, he cannot look outside of his own hurt... he is not thinking that just one sentence or one word of "yes" could mend things with his jeeva too...

He wasn't trying to deny it. He was just in so much pain that he didn't want to talk about it. And yes....so engulfed in pain that his logical brain went in freeze mode.....that he didn't even realise that saying he is committed to Sai will atleast clear the aspersions Samrat may have about Virakhi current status - although that may not entirely mend things with Samrat (I think my take is slightly different on this Pooja). Samrat needs time to heal from his own hurt and to demand explanations from Virat on his motivations behind hiding the truth from him. Samrat also needs to know the entire truth - including the vaada Virat gave to Pakhi...that may be another grenade waiting to explode anytime ....so lots of issues to be resolved between the brothers.

As to why he was shocked - to me it looked like he was shocked that Samrat read his heart in such a small time... something that no one knew. That initial shock melted into a realisation of his own pain. It was very well done by Neil.
