Why copy KD scene by scene

I know it’s a remake .. they need not copy scene by scene ..

The maqsad is Kaku n family torturing Sai .. but the issues they did is so idiotic ki kya boley ..

Sari gift giving .. masala peesing

It does not suit Kaku ka stature .. now Kaku has understood virat is definitely attracted to his wife and not so much in patralekha.. Kaku is a smart cookie she gets that .. there is no way she has missed this

She’s only giving false hopes to pakhi to keep her in group

there are many new things they can use to create divide n stress between Sai n virat

the very issue of Sai studying for 5-6 years and this being a deal marriage.. is a big issue

Kaku can demand that Sai being the elder bahu .. and virat being settled nicely why should the family wait for a grand child .. it’s been one year of marriage and waiting for 5 years is out of question.. who knows whether she will be alive till then ..

Will ashwini have any counter to this .. Will Sai want to have a child so early in her life .. how will virat convince his family .. these are messy topics.. which are good for Mu between couples .. rather than dealing on these issues they are fighting on sari , pendant and other mundane issues

Because of I guess patent issue. They can alter the dialogues and screenplay but not the tracks. Like other serial, tracks are same but not screenplay and dialogues.

Baaki copying screenplay and dialogues are pure Vankar's laziness.

I don’t think so as both serials were produced by star .. and tv series pe trp matters .. if some tracks did not generate trp they would have started changing tracks .. the issue is definitely laziness and having free ke laddoo .. or paka pakaya kheer

I too feel they have a contractual obligation, to follow the same basic premise of each track.

The creatives can bring in their own perspective but now they're complacent, lazy and over confident!

The other serial was same upto a certain after that track changed. So I guess there's something related to patent issue. Even the dialogues were also same like KD as I read from translation. Same case with Ghum.

The other remakes (not Ghum) are also same, but there had been slight changes like it is in Ghum

If that was the case why did Tamil go different way, after a particular track?

It would be highly stupid of any director or producer of a TV show to sign a contract where they will copy the original to the T. I highly doubt that is the case.

An adaptation of a book or a previous show need not be exactly the same. They are copying it because it is working right now and giving them TRPs. The moment the TRP audience won't like it they will change the storyline.

Also, the remake line used by the the Cvs and PH is just an excuse to avoid the backlash.

Agree .. tv serials are totally obligated to trps

they have changed Saraswathi Chandra .. which was a known book ..in Gujarati..

I think the premise of each track will be the same. They are following the same tracks...with minor changes.

Of course, if TRP dips, they will change. Honestly I have no faith in them and their creativity. I am happy if they more or less follow the same tracks. In fact they are even mixing the two versions!!

But it can definitely be more effective with better dialogues and consistency of characters.

Im not sure about patent issue. But i have watched Malayalam version of ishti kutum which is now remaking as imlie. Here Hindi version is following Bengali version but in Malayalam it was totally different. In Malayalam they showed aditya and malini 7 years old love as true love and the forced marriage with imlie as illegal. Love triangle was there with imlie turning grey in between. But at the end tgey showed imlie as doctor and aditiya malini searching groom for her.

So if they can change this much in remake the copyright issue must not be there na🤨🤨🤨
