Sai is forgetting the deal.??

Dunno but I feel Sai is behaving like a normal new bride of the house. She wants to cook for everyone n today she was disappointed when Virat didn't eat the dish made by her. She doesn't like when Virat interacts with Pakhi. So i guess slowly she's forgetting the deal.

I don't want her to fight with everyone including with Virat. But I want her to draw a certain line.

Virat had told her my family will have expectations from you and she said i know

For even some time she consider a herself as part of the family.

Virat is getting the heat too along with her so maybe she's trying to make up with the family so things become.smooth for him too.

Sai is a lovely girl who makes relationships.

I wish her college starts soon and spends hours away from this circus and the best friends.

Yes I know that n she has already bonded with Ashw but she's going a bit ott . I want her to draw a line specially wit V after today's incident.

I don’t agree completely. Yeah on the surface, it may seem so. But I think she’s doing all this because she has taken a liking to Ashwini, and is just helping her out. Also if she doesn’t do it, she will be subjected to even more taunts, so Ig poor thing kinda has to. And the Pakhi thing, more than jealousy as a wife, what irks her is that Virat constantly compares her to Pakhi. He’s like that dad who compares their kids to their classmates, and boy do kids find that annoying. Hasn’t it happened to you, that when your parent is constantly praising some classmate or friend, you tend to to hate that kid? Till now, it hasn’t been a wife’s jealousy, rather how her guardian wants her to emulate someone else.

Sai is acting like a brat actually, not a new bride or jealous wife. She just wants everyone to do what she's saying. That's not how life works at all. She argues about everything. Literally. Or tries to forcibly get her way. It's getting ridiculous now.

Throwing tantrums whenever she doesn't get her way, though fun to watch (atleast for me😜), is really annoying for the person on the other end (which is mostly Virat). Not to mention she's getting more & more rude with each of her tantrums. Her hostility to Pakhi, though understandable, is getting too OTT.

Her outburst over Devyani to Virat was unwarranted. Virat knows more about his family, she should have let the subject go, when he told her to. But she kept arguing.

The breakfast drama, plate snatching in front of Kaku & later serving breakfast to Virat was also unnecessary (& Pakhi was equally at fault there).

And the second she uttered "maine aapko bread-butter nahi khane diya na" I was so embarrassed for her

I don't know maybe Sai's brain gets shut off whenever she sees Pakhi. That's the only explanation for her stupid behaviour.

I wanna try to take a different stand on that. I actually appreciated the fact that she argued with V on this. EVERYONE tries to push Devi aside because they ( i mean TMK and her circus animals) are scared that she will reveal her past which will put the family to shame. Sai is trying to be the voice that will break the silence and potentially bring justice to her. However much we have seen of Devi, we can clearly see that she was not always like that. And from her convo with Sai, we can infer that she is given medication that might be causing her to act this way. This is STRAIGHT UP CRIMINAL OFFENSE. Sai is an outspoken girl who stands for what is right. Nobody has tried to help her in all these years, and if she just let go then it will not go with her values. Maybe the way she argued was immature, but at least it is coming from genuine concern and compassion to help Devi. The rest is just being puppets of Bhavani.

This whole episode was to show the character flaws in all the characters. Fingers crossed that things will get better from here. I am gonna give Sai the benefit of doubt that this whole situation is going to be a learning process for her. SHe doesn't know how a joint family works and where one must stay quiet. This is her second day with her in-laws and she has a lot to learn. However, I don't want PP to be her guide though.
