GKLB Gupshup Satya & Laxmi

Hi friends,

Welcome to this week's Gupshup! Thanks to Kruthi, who has regularly been posting this feature, which I'll be handling from now on.

So, whats been on everyone's minds? Satya's apparent death is still raw to most of us (some of us haven't seen the episode as yet). The identity of the mystery man is also foremost in our minds - who is he, what is his enmity with Laxmi/Satya? Is he not Laxmi's ex-fiancee Chaitanya, or is that too predictable?

And a new angle has been introduced - a potential new man in Laxmi's life? From the promo, it would appear that he is indeed to be Laxmi's new love interest. Will Satya make a return, just as Laxmi gives her heart to someone else?

Then there's the Gauri-Kajri angle which is also interesting. Seemingly to give Gauri's character more scope, the writers have introduced her as the person who will expose Kajri. But will she? What will Kajri have up her sleeve to weasel her way out once again? Will anyone in the family become suspicious of Kajri and investigate further?

Okay, lets have your opinions on the above. All in all, the story is getting very interesting. My only gripe - Durga and Gauri really deserve some attention too. They are just two spectators in the serial, it would seem.

Ok, I have my doubts on Karan. I don't think Karan could be the mystery man, but then again everything that happens with him seems too much of a coincedence. So now I'm guessing he may be working under the mystery man. But who is this mystery man? I'm a bit confused abt that. 🤔

okay, this is my first time participating in this discussion so I don't know if I'd be any good at this.😉

satya's death was totally unexpected & horrid. it was heartbreaking to see laxmi lose the possible love of her life somemore on the day of her marriage. the mystery man's identity is really a mystery itself. he could be laxmi's ex fianc, karan or even someone who has had a lifelong grudge on satyakaam or suryakant. this mystery man could be someone we haven't seen before in the serial.

the new guy in laxmi's life does seem apt for her. he has lots of patience & seems to be genuinely interested in making her happy. karan is a bit eccentric but I guess he has a good heart.😛 I hope he will be a positive character & bring laxmi out of her sorrows. it would totally suck if he turned out be the mystery guy or someone related to him.😭😭

satya might make a return when karan & laxmi are about to get hitched. then the whole dilemma of who to chose will come about & poor laxmi is going to get a big headache & we audiences are going to have even a bigger headache watching it.😆😆

I wish the makers had given the gauri character more importance when the old actress was playing it. but I admit the new angle is indeed interesting. gauri will be the one to let kajri's cat out of the bag. kajri will definitely manage to brainwash meneka so gauri might want to try to talk to some other member of the family.

I think saraswati would be a good person to confide to. she & kshitij will surely help gauri out. if that doesn't work, I think gauri should go straight to suryakant & tell him the truth. suryakant might investigate as now he seems to respect his daughters as much as his son.😊

I agree with Priya that gauri & durga do need more scope in the serial. since gauri's role has already been given some importance, I think durga's role needs to be expanded a little too. I've a feeling she'll play an important role in getting karan & laxmi together.😃 that is why the makes made her accompany laxmi to uncle verma's house.

You do have some valid points. I know that Kajri will concoct a sob story, that Menka et al will lap up. 😡 Lets hope that someone gets suspicious and decides to investigate.

Yeah thats what i thnk too..
Sometimes I think he's the mystery man..but then sometimes i don't..
and maybe he is working under the mystery man...😕

Satya's accident has brought in so many doubts in our minds.. like who is this mystery guy, what is his motive, why Satyakaam of all ppl... and then Satya's death is another mystery in itself. His face being completely damaged makes us think that he will be back, but then whose body was it? how did satya's chain end up on this body? there are so many Qs in our minds. And that is what is best about this show. The creatives keep us wondering bringing in such awesome twists, instead of twists where we can predict the outcome. So i was thinking about this whole situation right from the time this mystery guy first entered the show, Satya and Laxmi sharing a wonderful moment on the terrrace which was being watched by this mystery person. So this is what i think may have actually happened on the cliff......

My insight about the 'accident' -

Satyakaam and Laxmi was closely watched by this guy. When Laxmi gave Satya the necklace, he saw that too. So I think when he followed Satya that day in the car, and they reached the cliff... he did not push him off right away.. there were a couple of minutes where Satya's car was halfway over the edge but not yet fallen. So this MG cud have easily pushed him off.. but he didn't. The episode that day ended where Satya was in his car halfway over the edge but not fallen. Then the next day, the episode started with MG pushing off the car, and then we see Satya had already gotten off the car b4 it fell. Which means MG gave him those couple mins to get out... but did not make it easy on him too.

Then he gave his hand to Satya to come up, and when he let go off his hand he did not do it in such a way that Satya would fall hard, and he didn't. Satya went off the cliff rolling and landed on a rock that was not at the bottom, where he hit his face. And this was being watched by MG.

Then they never showed us what happened after. So what exactly happened there. I think, after Satya fell off and lost conciousness, MG must've gotten him out and placed another body (that was with him priorto the accident) dressed exactly like Satya there (whose face must've been smashed b4 hand). He then must've put the necklace from Satya onto the body as he knew this is would be the perfect way to mislead everyone. So this all must've been preplanned by MG.

He let the car fall off and explode so that to the world Satya is dead, and he knew that finding a body is essential for the case to be closed, so he did that too.

My Prediction -

And then he must've taken Satya with him. While Satya is still unconcious due to head injury, he must;ve gotten him away from town to a doctor to give him a new face. Now i think Satya may have also lost his memory/in coma.. so MG can easily keep him quiet away from the world.

He def looks like an obsessive lover of Laxmi. And all he wants is to marry her. And to do that he may come into her life and become her friend and confidante, and slowly get her to agree to marry him.

And then the day of thier wedding maybe Satya will wake up from his coma/get his memory back and will come back to Rajpipla only to see Laxmi getting married to the guy who pushed him off (when Satya fell off the last thing he saw was this guy's face). But obviously all won't believe him right away, as he is now with a diff face. So he will have to prove that first.

Well, this is what i predict about this whole mysterious accident.

i am shocked at satya's immediate death but i think there is sum sorta twist in the whole thing. At the moment all i want to know is that who is that mystery man who killed satya
As for the new man in laxmi's life, karan i think he is definately interested in laxmi but she jus wants to live with satya's memories
I dont think that satya is dead i mean he was the hero, i think he will amke a return later on after having plastic surgery and he will cum back wen lakshmi is getting on with sum1 else then she will choose one of them and the story continues.
Im glad that gauri charecter has a bit more importance with the whole kajri's exposure thing that will be interesting to see a charecter like gauri doing sumthing big like exposing kajri

Hopefully there are more twists and turns in the storyline yet to come 😊
