DOTW - Yuvraj/Kajri Discussion

Welcome to our new discussion of the week!

Seeing as there is plenty of excitement building up to the much anticipated Yuvraj-Kajri marriage, I've decided that we'll discuss all the issues around their relationship this week.

Yuvraj has schemed, plotted, stolen - committed quite a few crimes in summary - to get to this point. Viewers have been incredibly frustrating constantly seeing Yuvraj escaping capture several times. He really is his mother's son. There has been so many close calls, but so far luck has been on their side, and Yuvraj and Kajri are delighted (for different reasons though) that this marriage is about to happen.

Whatever happens, it is certainly going to be an interesting week.

Questions for today are:

- Is Yuvraj really a negative character? Has he done this for love, is that any justification?

- Is Yuvraj really in love with Kajri, or is it just infatuation that will eventually wear off?

- Will the marriage happen, despite indications that perhaps the scheme will be exposed? What are the possible ways that the

- Does Kajri have any feelings for Yuvraj, or is all of this for money? Does she have any other agenda?

- What will Yuvraj's reaction be when he finds out the truth about Kajri? (This was posted as a topic by Rukhaya - a very good question I think)

- What if Menka finds out about Yuvraj before the marriage? Will she allow the marriage to happen to save face? Does anyone feel sorry for Menka - after all she is his mother and this is a huge betrayal?

- What will Suryakant do when he finds out about Yuvraj? Will he forgive him, Yuvraj being the prodigal son? This will be the third shock for him in less than a month!

The way I see it, two possible scenarios could unfold. I doubt Yuvraj and Kajri will be exposed. I feel someone else in the family will discover the truth - perhaps Rasik will finally place Rasili, and inform Menka. Menka might then blackmail Kajri so that she controls the situation. Either that, or the marriage happens, and the truth is exposed later.

On the other hand, Menka could try to stop the wedding, and Yuvraj could refuse to leave Kajri and marry her anyway. It has already been shown that he has scant regard for his mother's feelings. It might still be a while before Yuvraj finds out how Kajri and his friend manipulated him.

I feel Yuvraj is not a negative character. He has done everything due to his infatuation with Kajri. Being the only son of the family, he is accustomed to getting everything that he wants. He has never been refused anything, so he saw Kajri and he had to have her. Even helping Bhavishya - he did this because he was pushed into a corner by him. However it is concerning that Yuvraj is prepared to do absolutely anything to keep Kajri. His deception wil undoubtedly devastate Ba, Menka and Suryakant.

I will personally be glad if the marriage happens, and Kajri puts Menka and Ba in their place. 👏

So, thats my opinion, I'm eagerly waiting to hear all your opinions.

he was pushed into a corner by bhavishya..but if he cud put up such a hhhugeeeee act to prove that kajri is a princess..(.he was even planing to get a rajmahal and servants..).if he was so manipulative and intelligent cudnt he do anything to STOP BHAVISHYA instead of putting his sister in hell 😡 ..when his whole family the whole town cudnt push him in corner how cud bhavishya do it 😡 ...he was pushed by bhavishya purely becoz it was convinient for him as he doenst care for his sister in any case....just my opinion 😊 ...

I'm sort of in two minds about Yuvraj, I think he does care for his sisters, but he can't care to actually DO anything for them. He has been raised with this entitlement complex, he is entitled to everything, and the girls get the cast-offs, they had to vacate their rooms when he came back. His upbringing has a huge impact on what he does.

I feel he was genuinely concerned for Saraswati, but making Kajri his wife was more important to him that getting justice for Saraswati. Also, Kshitij didn't have to be so gullible! 😡

So I think he is extremely selfish and self-serving, but maybe not negative.

Menka on the other hand, she is negative. She stole the dowry, with no reason - just for fun. 😡 Everything she does is pre-mediated, she is the classic negative character.

No..even if its for love...he as no right to jhokefy dhool in his family's eyes and play such a decetful game with them! And jus for hid love...he is willing to push his sisters in the mouth of fire! Apparently this guy is head over heels in love with her...if it is jus infatuation...a person would not go such big heights and try to destroy his own family! Kajri has somewat gotten Yuvraj stuck in er web of love which she woved and is now trying to get his stuck more n more...jus for the sake of money! 🤢Both of them deserve each other!

Yes...the marriage will most definitely happen..because only then will Kajri's true n real colours come in front of Yuvraj...and then it will be too late..because then his family also would hv found ut abt Yuvraj's dirty little tricks tht were played!

She is a big money faced and money minded lady! Basically she's just putting on the pretence of love for Yuvraj just so she can get her grimy little hands on Yuvaj's money!

He will obviously be extremely shocked...he'll start to repent what he did to his family..and tht too for a lady who was never in love with him...only his money! He will then try to seek forgiveness from his family but his father might not take him in...he might if Menka cries a few crocodile tears...but even so, he wont be given the same stautus of a son as he used to get

Menka will definitely hide this fact from all, because she wont want her son to be proved Nikamma and Nalayak in front of the family as he is the only son and tht too from Menka's womb! Menka deserves all this. After what games she also has been playing with Savitri and her daughters, she is deserving of all this!

Suryakant is a fair man, sadly he only sees things on the surface, not whats beneathe. So he would be very very Angry and i think, i hope, he will throw Yuvraj n his cheap wife out of the house. Im thinking it will go like this...Yuvraj will be thrown out, he will be kicked out from the family's property. This will give Kajri a big kick and oce Yuvraj is icked out, she ill leave him because then he would be Kangaal, Bankrupt! And then when Yvraj goes bakc crying to his house he wont be taken back in...And this will prove tobe his punishment for deceiving his family!

I think he is a negative character. He has not pproven otherwise yet. But i think when yuvraj realises that kajri has been betraying him as he was betraying his family he will feel very let down and guilty in betraying his family and all this for nothing, then these experiences might turn him into a new, better and improved Yuvraj.

Yuvraj is really in love with her even if she isn't. And that's why i think it will destroy him when he realises that he has been made a big fool by Kajri and Rasili Bai

I think the marrige will happen, I for one will want it to happen and Menka finally shud get what she deserves. But the promos have revealed that Rasili Bai gets arrested during the wedding, so i'm not sure how this wedding finally takes place. I'm sure this week is going to be very interesting.

She has no feelings for him at all, this is all only for money. I don't think she has anything else on her agenda right now, other than becoming a bahu of the Gaodia family by hook or crook

He is undoubtedly going to be devastated when he learns that he was used by Kajri.

No, i do not feel sorry for her at all. She deserves this and much more. If Menka finds out everything before the wedding, still i think the wedding will take place, because she would be ready to accept a girl like Kajri, than accept that she was duped all along.

If Surya find out about Yuvraj, he will not forgive him, even though the mistake is done by his prodigal son. Because from what we have seen, his family's honor comes first in his list of priorities. But nevertheless, Menka would try and convince him to agree and accept Kajri inspite of the truth, in fear of the truth being known to other people in their community. Surya ofcourse as usual will fall for her crocodile tears

Yes, he is a negative character. He is just like his mom. Always putting a nice front when actually scheming to hurt others all the while

He is brought up in such a way that he has always got what he desired. So at first maybe it started as infatuation, but then it became an obession as if he wanted to have her no matter what, or who she actually is. And maybe now he's convinced himself that he is in love with her.

Yes, it will happen, maybe Menka would know from Bhav the truth of Kajri, but yet will be quiet about it, fearing Surya's reaction and Baa's too.

Her only agenda is to marry Yuvraj and rule the Garodia family and inherit all their money. Money is her only goal.

He will be in for a huge shock. He will feel betrayed which would turn into anger towards Kajri, but by then it will be too late for him to do anything. Because his outburst could tarnish the family's name as well.

Yes she will allow the marrige to happen to hide the fact that she was made a big fool by her own son. I do not feel sorry for at all. She deserves all of this and much more. I hope they show this marriage happening and Menka suffering and paying for everything she's done to the Savirtri and her girls

Yes, he has been getting shock after shock after shock, but this one is going to be the biggest shock, because he always had high expectations from his son and then to learn what he really did, without caring for his family who always supported him even when he was wrong, this is going to push Surya off of the deep edge.

Yes, he is a negative character who only thinks of himself. He even manipulates his mum to his advantage knowing how much she loves him. His love for his sisters is just for show and he does not think twice when he gets them into trouble as long as he gets what he wants. There is no justification to what he has done to achieve his love. I think its just his ego that he wants to boost since Kajri pretends to depend on him and he thinks he is her saviour.

I know someone mentioned it has to do with upbringing. Yes, partially but if that was the case then wouldn't Bhavishya and Satyakam behave the same. Satyakam knows whats right from wrong and Bhavishya inspite of knowing whats wrong does whatever pleases him just like Yuvraj.

Yes, I hope it happens. Its high time that Menka has to go through some severe embarassment. If the wedding is stopped then there will be some shouting and all but eventually everything will be forgotten. If the wedding takes place then she will officially become the daughter-in-law of the famous Garodia pariwar and the this will cause more stigma to the family.

Ofcourse not. She is just getting married for the money and will leave him the day he is broke or is disinherited.

He will be hurt alot since he thinks that she loves him and on top of it he would probably be thrown out from his house by then. Neither here nor there..

No way. She does not even deserve the title of being a mum after torturing those 4 girls and and also encouraging her son to steal. She will be getting what is due to her.

He will be very angry and disappointed but to a certain extent I think he is a fair person (w/o Menka's influence). He will throw him out and probably disinherit him. Just like what he did to Saraswati and Lakshmi when they went against him.

I feel when all this happens it will probably be Savitri and the girls who will try to make Suryakant forgive his son. They have always truly loved him as their brother (son) and will not be able to see him suffer.
