Birth certificate issue the registrar thought him to be the father so he just asked his wife name ...as he needed only baby's mother name...

Amazing Update

What a situation. The parents are mute spectators to their child's upbringing. And this is more pronounced with the name of the grandparents name on the child's birth certificate.
