he tells Geet to trust him no matter what happens

he also wants to know why Akhil is against them been

together and Geet she just nods her head ready to trust Maan

but now Maan wants to show Akhil that there is problems

Maaneet are together now and Akhil is gone for sure.

Part 71

She moves out with her chin up

M-Witch..

Maan murmurs behind her back loud enough for the janitor to hear and gets out

The whole day goes by

It seemed time has backtracked itself

Everything was same as before

Geet working for Akhil as it is

Akhil bossing around at Geet as it is

Geet being silent

Maan being quiet and doing is work

In the evening,

Geet is sitting on her bed and thinking…..thinking about her decisions…thinking of what she did, of what she is doing and whether what she doing is right or not?

She does not know, but it does not feel wrong

Even when everything is as before, but something is changed….something is changed in her.

She felt complete now. She felt she has a companion

Things affected her less…Akhil’s taunts and behavior didn’t affect her…coz she in her heart knew she had something else….she had someone who values her

She didn’t need anybody else’s opinion

First time in her life she felt complete

She felt satisfied with life

She felt happy

She smiles to herself and lays down messaging Maan

She messages a ‘Hey’ to him

Her phone chimes back with his reply

He has replied- “Don’t message me on this no. I will get you a no.”

She frowns not understanding his need for secrecy

Next day she goes to office

Maan and Geet are not talking pretending to being indifferent of each other

Maan passes by her seat throwing something into the garbage bin located on her seat

She bends down pulling out the stuff he had thrown

It turns out to be a mobile phone

She is astonished how did he get hold of a number and a phone so quickly

She quickly keeps the phone in her office drawer and locks the drawer shut

When she finds herself alone in the ladies room of the office

She messages Maan with her new phone

‘Thanks’

He almost constantly replies with his new handset which is same as hers

‘Its our little secret’

She smiles and replies

With a hushing smiley face

He replies here with a kissing smiley face

She grins seeing the reply and quickly hides the phone in her purse before anybody can become suspicious

She goes to her seat when her desk phone rings

She picks it up

G-Hello

Akhil- Kab se call kar raha hoon. Where are you? Come into my Cabin now!!

He roars at her

She quickly gets up and almost runs in Akhil’s cabin

She finds Maan is also there

She enters and sits on the chair besides Maan

Maan glances at her with corner of his eyes

Akhil and Maan sound immersed in some work discussion

As Akhil sees her sitting he comments

Akhil-Arre tumhe baithne ko kisne kaha?

She hastily stands up

Akhil frowns at her

She looks at Akhil quizzically

Akhil looks at her pointing to the food on the table and that he wants her to feed him like she used to do earlier
