Part 35 - Dadi - geet talk, much needed or can say to put some sense in her to think otherwise. I was surprised that geet was so close to dadi to talk such matter. I know they are more acquainted due to dev-tara. Then why maan is like this. Geet very perfectly described him and told dadi how difficult it was to make convo with him. Sometime I felt dadi bias but she too wanted them to get along. She knows him better. Dadi was right to suggest making first move by geet only. She has to make place in his heart then only she will get noticed by him. It was difficult but needs to try harder. Dadi was right that geet doing wrong in comparing maan with dev. Both are diff persons.

But her expectations from husband was not diff from any normal wife's expectation. She is not totally wrong. She could not try harder b'coss he was responsible too that he acts distant and nobody can blame to one's ego. May be b'coss geet knows (or assumes) that he loves someone else and she don't want to make first move as he didn't like she poking her nose in his personal matter. Then how much she can try harder.

Sometime feels dadi is right in whatever she suggesting and feels geet was wrong and sometime I feel geet is right and trying from her side. It's complicated. Now maan can only help. Lol.

So dadi knows that he doesn't love anyone.

See he was same rude - aloof when she welcomed him with smile.

Part 36 - Start was super. I thought he will start some talk but he asked coffee. He helped her b'coss she asked. He did his work and made the list of suitable courses for her.

He is ready to send her Bangalore also. But its upto her where she wants to study. Hope she will be in Delhi only.

Liked the hilarious punches in update. He was really a sarcastic infuriating man. But geet is no less. She too was ready with her witty answers. Seems thru' such talks only they will start making conversations with each other.

From Dastardly Demon to Dhak Dhak : The Journey of Maan Khurana

Once upon a time, in a city of lost souls resided a man called Maan Singh khurana. Often known for his sharp wit, and saucy sarcasm, and his hilarious yet painstakingly rude comments, he was awarded the King of Dastardly Demons award by his loving little wife.

Well, loving is giving it a stretch. Let us just rephrase it as little wife. Why little, you may ask. Though she isn't all that tiny, she is practically a teenager for her late teens were toiled away in preparing for entrance tests and she had never interacted with people her age in a formal setting like a college, hence had no idea the less fairer sex. Why is her background important in an essay on her husband, you may ask. It is important for you would know the Dastardly demon is often misjudged, not for his sharp wit, mind you. He did possess a sharp wit. He was however misjudged for the lack of possession of a beating heart.

His wife little Mrs. Khurana was of the opinion that he had lost his heart to a Ms. Journal Lady Jasleen Dahiya. However, Mr. Khurana's wise old grandmother makes a valid point that if he had loved another, there is no reason in holy hell he would marry another.

The said dastardly demon, however toils away half of his waking hours in work where he was underappreciated in (story of all our lives), and the rest half in helping and infuriating his little wife. He does help her by giving a shoulder to cry on, makes pasta for her, and does all the dirty work of researching about which course to join in (Which is huge since researching especially to apply for colleges is rated the most boring and tiresome job ever)

While DD's wife is calling him names like a wolf (Although a handsome one at that), and other creative names, the said DD might have started caring a little about his wife's existence.

DD, who is infamously hot and knows it, had never been cared two hoots about, at least visibly by his little wife, although there had been moments a couple of times where he had noticed that his little wife, although has ridiculously long hair, was pretty.

When would Mrs. DD realize Dastardly demon was actually a Dhak Dhak for behind his sharp tongue was a caring man, who when loves, would love deeply.

She is tiny.. infuriating yet sooo adorable.. haha m loving Geet's character and somewhere can relate her story to my own situation wen I got married 2 yrs ago. This all feels very real.. loving their banter n everything and Maan is no less... he is so charming in his own ways... m so lookin foward to the next part

i thought okay.. now that he has started taking notice of her... you know like her wound in the prev to prev updt, her fading mehendi and then this time her anklets...things will turn out for good... may be head towards something civil between them and not war of words! but Alas! this guy with his words always exceeds expectations!😆

It wasn't a surprise when he had the list of college with him about the course duration and other details... my father is just like that. so yes, relatable.All you need is just mention something vaguely and he will be up with the details. There, he had me at his mercy! par behen, poore updt mein he was the charmer.😆 she was no less either!!
Took coffee and then goes to sleep! well, back when I was in hostel, me and my roomies would feel like having coffee in the middle of the night. we would and then we would go to sleep (although situation is a lot different here) the wolf she calls him (for obvious reasons) and he comes back with little red ridinghood's tongue!! The humor... damn it woman. I am sold, tooth and nail! I am a bigger fan of yours now than I ever was!

just curious thought, is maan's character a little inspired from Chandler Bing?
I am sure he hides his real self behind that sarcasm of his!

where do you get these stuffs from? I was stunned at that... and Oh Lord... I swear I would die of laughter if this goes on between them. even though they fight and lust for each other's blood...
