Yes i noticed in mid day n like it very much. then search for something which relate to it. but only u mention about it i think so. so indiaforums comes to know about us n our arrival so that they welcomed us this way. :-D

look bg is different too its showing bells and ice crystal
and some thing they always do on Xmas till new year
i have seen this before also not same but some other things
once i remember there were bell on logo
