you get me wrong maan is confused about his feeling, it is just 5 month they are dating and is not still serious in his mind but he is extremely attracted to her, because of sam's message he think once again if same is in love with her and is she expect same from me?is i love her?i never told her those word then why she wrote love u always? he didnt say yes or no to their relationship,so there is room for other writer to grow the story as per their imagination they can make them fall in love, they can bring another twist i kept that part open for them and it is too early to fall for geet.
