How is life?

Life, well, it gets to me quite often, not letting me do what I love, i.e., writing. But I am trying to make time for it too.

Loved Mrs. Khurana (I always love her, but here a little more)

For the first time I am angry on Maan, I felt he is a complete new person for some time,

but he is Maan. So he released her from her guilt with one simple word

and yet very powerful that I forgive you. I hope this will give them to open a new chapter

in their lives.

The whole thing was just absolutely brilliant. I am struggling to find words to explain the impact this chapter had on me, but I feel like I will be unable to do justice to the magic that you have woven with your words.

I will disagree with you here. You are way better than me when it comes to words!

The whole chapter started with the most profound piece of writing I've ever read.

Not all silences are a sign of the brewing or the passing of a storm. Some silences are storms in themselves. They destruct in their stationary state. They scream, cry and howl in their muteness. They kill in their own unique way. These are the most dangerous silences.

This piece was actually written on the passing of a very close relation. Didn't really plan on putting it in here until this part came up.

I held my breath, for I knew was going to be a part of the silent storm as I continued to read further and I was right.

Can I just say that if I have loved what you have written before, I am just in awe of what you have created with this chapter. You have upped the ante for yourself with this phenomenal chapter.

I am nervous after reading this. I hope I will be able to do justice with the coming chapters!

The burning resentment of a would be lover scorned, the heavy burden of guilt of a young woman, the hurt, the blame games, through it all what shone through was the love of a sister, the perception of a mother, the bonds that they all share with each other.

I have always been a family person and perhaps, that is why my stories portray strong bonds beyond those between the leads. In fact, this is one thing I loved about Binding Ties too. 😃

But the only thing I do not understand is why Maan needs to forgive Geet, or why does he think she needs his forgiveness.

He built a fairy tale in his mind, from the stalking in college to the end where Geet rejected him.

But the fairy tale was his, she was not a willing participant in it and as such he has no right to resent her for it when the fairy tale spun on it's own tail and crashed😛

Exactly! It was all in his own head, but you see, he is an imperfect human being. It is natural for him to blame her for his pain as long as he keeps it buried within himself. I'm sure he might see the situation from a broader perspective once he decides to let go of all his grudges.

But I am waiting most eagerly to see where you are going with the story.

wonderful update. loved it. It wasn't easy for Maan to forgive Geet but he realized that Geet isn't what he thought her to be and she was not completely at fault. Raya is so mature for her age. I think her talks influenced Maan more than anything else.
