PART 1

WE MEET AGAIN.

Geet sighed watching the vast ocean in front of her. She sipped her coffee feeling relaxed. After days she was thinking in a straight line. But if she consider herself lucky to forget about him she was totally wrong. Everything & anything reminded her about him. The calmness of the atmosphere brought memories of his calm & composed nature, the hue of the sky while rising sun made her remember the deep color of his eyes, hell...even the coffee made her remember him. "will I ever be able to forget him...???" Geet thought while circling the rim of the glass with her finger. She smiled thinking how he loved this gesture of her. Geet's thought broke with the thunderous entry of her best friend who seem to wake up just now "kya yar...tu MALDIVES kya coffee pine ai hai.." Geet just rolled her eyes at Pinky's comment going back to the kitchen of the cottage she hired in MALDIVES for them. She wanted some alone time that's why she opted for a cottage rather than a hotel where there is too much hustle-bustle. After pinky's constant nagging she has made her decision to come here to get her mind off a certain person. Being the only daughter of Mohinder Handa, MD of Handa Industries, money was never a problem of her. Still she is an independent women, having her own designer boutique proves that. Her income is enough to afford such vacations. That's the other thing while being in relationship with him, she never bothered about anything. He did all the booking & all the work. While she just enjoyed being pampered by him. Geet shook her head clearing her thoughts.

Pinky tailed behind Geet saying "come on geetu, it's been two whole days that we are here & u didn't even come out of this place. " Pinky pouted & Geet smiled at her friend trying to cheer her up. "so, what do u want??" Pinky frowned saying "what do u mean by what I want, geetu we are here to enjoy not to lock ourselves in this cottage. Let's go out geetu, it's such a lovely morning let's go out na pls" Geet nodded saying "fine, pehle breakfast to karlo, then we will go.." Pinky did a small bhagra saying "yeppi..par this time I'll choose the place." Pinky winked at Geet & dashed towards her room to get freshen up. While geet just shook her head at her crazy friend thinking "na jane.. yeh kaha leke jayegi.."

Maan stood under the cold water in shower trying to get out of the thoughts of her. He sighed shaking his head to get her smiling face away from her eyes. Her eyes which spoke volumes, her chubby cute cheeks where one dimple was always present when she used to smile with her whole heart, her cute button nose, her pink lips which used to transform in red when he kiss... Maan snapped his eyes open trying to get rid of the images. He came out of the shower to find Adi & Rahul already in his room. He frowned saying " u guys.. here ??? want something??" Adi smiled saying " Maan in case u forgot, we came here as a group to enjoy a vacation ..remember V-A-C-A-T-I-O-N..??" Maan glared in anger at Adi while he gulped in fear. Rahul came in rescue for Adi saying " areh maan, gussa kyun ho raha hai...adi to bas keh raha hai k we should go out. We are in MALDIVES, so we should enjoy right???" Maan didn't answer but continued to dry his hair. Adi got his queue & continued from there saying " yes maan, there's a damn awesome beech to do surfing. We know how much u love surfing. We should check that beech out. What say..??" Maan just nodded while both Adi & Rahul sighed in relief.

Geet glared at Pinky while she mischievously smiled at her. "WHAT THE HELL PINKY??? WHY ARE WE HERE ??" Pinky smiled nervously saying " toh kya hua ??" Geet sighed "pinky.. yeh surfing beech hai... & in case u forgot we don't surf " Pinky dragged Geet towards the beech saying "toh kya hua that we don't surf. We can watch all the hot boys who surf...na ??" Geet glared at Pinky "to yeh tha tere man me...u kamini " Pinky shrugged saying " hey I am a hot girl with desires & fantacies & if that makes me a kamini then be it.." Geet didn't say anything because she knew she'l never win.

Maan came out after surfing a good amount of waves. He looked around to find his friends flirting with the girls already. Maan shook his head saying "aur keh rahe the, we are here for surfing..." Maan took his towel wiping his Geek God body while looking around finding a bunch of girls looking at him like eye candy. He smiled faintly remembering his sherni who would have broken those girl's faces by this time. She never used to notice the guys looking at her but always used to keep watch for the girls who looked at her Maan. He let out defeated breath thinking about the happy times.

Geet looked up from her book to find a choco lava ice-cream hanging in front of her eyes. Geet moved her shades & smiled at Pinky taking her favorite ice-cream. Pinky smiled saying "u are welcome.." Geet winked at her saying " m not going to thank u kamini..." Pinky slapped her arm playfully saying " I knw. " Pinky looked around to find a good amount of guys looking at geet dreamingly. But geet being the jhalli was totally ignorant of her surrounding & was totally engrossed in her book. Pinky shook her head at her dumb friend & tried to think an idea to make her friend enjoy. Suddenly Pinky snatched the book from geet. Geet was first startled at this & looked at Pinky saying "what the hell was that for..??" Pinky stood up & started moving away from Geet saying "we are here to enjoy not to study geetu.." Geet also stood up saying " my thinking of enjoyment includes reading ...so give it back.." Pinky smiled mischievously saying "then come & get it." Saying this she started to run from Geet. Geet took a minute to understand this & started running towards Pinky sreaming "pinky ki bacchi rook.."


Maan was looking at the ocean remembering her when a sweet voice brought him out of the thoughts. He can never mistake recognizing that voice. He stood up looking everywhere to locate the source of the voice. Suddenly a girl passed behind his back & he was just turning his back to see from what/ specifically from whom she was running when someone collided with him with such a force that he & that person fell on the sand.

Geet was running behind Pinky when she collided with someone with such a force that she & that person fell on the ground. Geet gripped his shoulders closing her eyes after the fall &tried to steady her breaths after that running. Suddenly he gripped her waist in a strong grip & Geet's breath got caught in her throats. She can never forget his touch ever. She slowly opened her eyes to look at the face of her misery, her love... Maan.

Maan was under the person who had crashed with him. He was going to shout on her when she suddenly gripped her shoulder. She was trying to control her breath. Maan understood the instance who was the owner of this disaster, the owner of his suffering, the owner of his heart... Geet.

Understanding this Maan slowly gripped her waist. Her stiffen position made him realize that she knew it was him. he knew only he can make her feel this way. Geet slowly looked up & their eyes meet & both in a trance said

"Maan"

"Geet"
