Ishq Shava: Love is Cure

It was late afternoon when Dadi maa, Geet and Adi came to the Khurana Mansion Dadi maa didn't ask her about her sudden disappearance in Amritsar, she was just happy that Geet was safe, as soon as Geet entered inside the big gates, her hearts started to beat fast, it was like an huge palace, and she had never seen something so beautiful like this, some kind of strange nervousness came to her mind, the car stopped in the portico and Dadi maa, Adi got down and Adi opened Geet's door, "Come on Geet" he said and Geet too got down the car,

"Geet Beta, this is my house, and from now on it's yours too, ok," Dadi maa said as she held her shoulders and walked her in, Geet was shivering from head to heal, she don't know why she was feeling this ecstatic as she kept her first step into the Mansion, "Nakul, Mohan" Dadi maa called out as soon as she entered the Mansion, and two guys, one in his 50's and another in his 30's came up and stood before Dadi maa,

"Where is Maan," Dadi maa asked looking at them, "Oh, Dadi maa, Maan sir, said he is going to Amritsar and will be back tonight" Nakul said and Dadi maa nodded an ok, "Nakul, Mohan, this is Geet, get our Guest room ready, She is going to stay with us only from now, and take the bags," Dadi maa said and they both nodded and took the bags and went up, "Adi, Maan, Amritsar" Dadi maa asked surprised,

"God, Dadi maa, yes today there was an Meeting at Amritsar and Maan sir had gone without me alone, don't know what's happening in the office now," Adi said worried, "Dadi maa, I am going to the office, Maan sir is not there, don't know what happened to today's meetings all, poor Pinky would be alone" Adi said and Dadi maa nodded, "Adi, if Maan comes to the office first, don't tell anything about Geet, I will even tell him, myself," Dadi maa said and Adi nodded and went away saying an bye to Geet too,

Nakul and Mohan was in the guest room arranging the room for Geet, "Dada, this girl looks so innocent, don't know what's gonna happen to her" Mohan said, and Nakul looked at him with his anger gaze, "shut up Mohan," Nakul silenced him, "Then what dada, every time, Dadi maa, goes to an function she brings a girl telling that she is their relative and with an idea, to get her married to Maan sir, and when Maan sir comes to know that, he gets hell anger and yells and shouts and with three days that girl would run back home," Mohan said arranging Geet's dress in the wardrobe,

"But Dadi maa never gives up, nor Maan sir will, and do you remember last time what happened, Baba ji, it's before my eyes still now, Maan sir's anger got out of control and he throw the huge dining table upset down, as it an toy and total room looked like an war place, and that girl, just ran away seeing his anger in that night even, now this girl, looks like she is so innocent, I bet you, she will not be here even for a day," Mohan said his mind,

"Mohan, enough, we can't discuss this, our duty is to do as Maan sir and Dadi maa says and not investigate what they do, ok," Nakul said strictly, "I know, but I was saying it too you only na, and Maan sir's anger is like live volcano and Dadi maa is trying to up this girl inside it," Mohan said and turned around and got shocked to see Geet standing there, she just came and she heard their words and an fear covered her heart, Nakul and Mohan got scared as they knew she had heard them, "Our job is gone" They thought,

"Geet," Dadi maa came behind and saw her standing there shocked and looked at Mohan and Nakul standing there with their head held down, "what happened Geet," she said and Geet looked at Mohan and Nakul who was looking scared, "Nothing Dadi maa," Geet said with a smile, and Mohan and Nakul breathed out in relief as she didn't say anything to Dadi maa, "come in dear," Dadi maa called her in, and Nakul and Mohan walked away, "Thank you Mam" Mohan whispered as he went near her and Geet nodded an ok,

"Geet, like your room," Dadi maa asked with a smile, "My Room," Geet looked at Dadi maa, who nodded a yes, Geet was never given a room in her uncle's house, she used to sleep in hall only, and this room looked like an small house to her, "Geet, here is the television, and there is a small fridge with water and AC remote is on the table and that's the washroom, if you need anything more, just call me, ok, and don't worry my room is just on the right side of the second turning," Dadi maa said and Geet nodded with an yes though she can't understand what Dadi maa said,

"Now get ready and come down for some snacks dear," Dadi maa said and went away, Geet then looked around the big room, and she went near the bed and touched the soft bed cover, she always used to sleep in the floor, and then went and saw the fridge, and inside it was some chocolate and she walked towards the washroom and opened it, and it looked awesome and big, Geet stopped before the big mirror there and the shower area was next to a bath tub, Geet then come out and sat in her room, "Baba ji, is this all really happening, I am in this house, does Dadi maa really meant what she said that, this my house too, how can someone be so good like this"

"when my own uncle and aunty can't treat me well, how can she, is she an blessing for me," Geet thought and slowly went and took a dress from the cupboard and went to the washroom, Geet got refreshed and come out of her room, "Baba ji, now which direction to go," Geet thought as she stood before her room, as her room was in the middle of an big corridor, but with a guess she took the right side and it was right too, she felt an relief as she saw the stairs and rushed down, and saw Dadi maa sitting there,

"Dadi maa," Geet called as she went up and Dadi maa smiled and pulled her to make her sit near her, "Geet, how are you feeling now," Dadi maa asked and Geet just gave a smile, "Look here Geet, I know everything happened in such an fast way, but what happened was happened for good, it's all the blessings for your mom and dad and grand dad that you are safe now, now you don't have nothing to worry about,"

"All your bad times had been gone away, don't worry about your future anymore, I am there for you, I will find an nice family for you and I will get you marriage to an nice guy, trust me Geet," Dadi maa said and Geet was so overwhelmed by Dadi maa's words, "Dadi maa," Geet said as she hugged her and her tears flowing down her eyes, "Dadi maa, you are Baba ji's blessing to me, I trust you with my life, I have never seen someone so kind and caring like you," Geet said slowly,

"No, No, Geet, don't cry" Dadi maa said as she pulled Geet from her hold and wiped her tears, "Geet, one thing I have to tell you, I have an grandson, his Name is Maan, Maan Singh Khurana, he is an good guy, but" Dadi maa paused and Geet looked at her with her wide eyes, "Oh, he is a bit anger filled soul, he just gets anger so soon, he has no control over it, oh, he too lost his mom and Dad in his childhood even," Dadi maa said,

"And I was the only women who had to handle the business and everything, I was scared that I can't look after him with my busy schedule, so I put him in the boarding school so his studies will not be spoiled, as he never got his family care in his childhood, he turned to be an lonely child and an hard one too, he forgot the meaning love and sweetness of life, sometimes it feels like my mistake," Dadi maa said worried, and Geet eyes filled up seeing her worried like this,

"Don't worry Dadi maa, everything will be fine, Baba ji will sure see towards it, I will too pray for him," Geet said with a innocent tone, weeping up, "Hmm, with all the problems she is having, she is saying she will pray for Maan, how sweet of her," Dadi maa thought and kissed her forehead, and the day went away, Geet was walking behind Dadi maa, and feeling a bit ok and relaxed now,

Dadi maa love was so new and overwhelming to Geet, she never experienced this kind love after her mom and dad left her alone, she almost forgot how love and care would be, except for Her little sister Rachi's, it turned night and Dadi maa made her to go to the bed after an good dinner and she too went off, and Geet went to her room, and sat on the bed, looking at the big room, she was so scared to turn the lights off,

"Dadi maa is so sweet," Geet thought sitting on the bed, "Baba ji, please, she is so worried about her grandson, so help her na, bring love and sweetness in his life so Dadi maa can be happy," Geet prayed and suddenly the lights went off, Geet hated darkness and she was hell scared of it, she stood up from the bed and went towards the door, but she was so scared to open it up and so she went near the window and looked outside,

The whole place was filled with darkness, "Baba ji, Save me" Geet thought scared and suddenly she saw an shadow moving up and the fear made her frozen up and she stood there holding her heart in fear, and suddenly an spark of light appeared and she can't believe what she was seeing, in the darkness, with the light of the Match stick he walked up and Geet was staring at him, she felt she was living inside a dream, he was the same guy who saved her in Amritsar, Geet thought she was imagining things,

He walked up slowly and kneel down near an table which had some candles in it and he was lighting it and the light filled the place, making it bright, now Geet can see clearly that it was the same guy, he looked like an angel in the white with the light dancing in his face, Geet look at him, and a smile appeared on her face, and she stood there near the window looking at him forgetting everything else, he slowly raised his eyes and looked up at Geet, and she stared at him with her teary eyes and a slight smile, as if she was expecting him for a long time,

Maan started into the Girl standing before him, the fear, the tears, the smile everything in her face made him stare at her with shock, the little light made him to look at her creamy shining skin, her expression made him speechless, Maan thought he was dreaming, as the girl too was staring at him, suddenly the light came up, and Maan stood up immediately as if he was pulled from an dream and he went blank for a second,

"The Girl" Maan thought then and looked up at the window but no one was there, "was she really there, or did I imagine or dreamed it," Maan thought and went near the room, "really I must be dream, that girl I saw in Amritsar, how can she be in Delhi, that too in my house," Maan thought confused and slowly walked toward the room and moved towards the window, where he saw her, Maan went close towards the window and looked inside,

The room was empty, he could only see an empty bed shocking Maan, yet Maan doesn't believe in dreams, that too when he is awake, and about the girl he saw just once, Maan was so confused but the room was empty, "God, am I turning crazy, how can I," Maan thought mystified and looked inside again for an final time and went away, feeling too puzzled,

Geet was sitting down on the floor below the window, holding on to the table there, her heart was beating high, "Baba ji, is he really here," Geet thought trying to control her heart beat which was beating so high, "May be I am dreaming," Geet thought and slowly stood up and looked outside the window, but no one was there now, the place was so blank, "Means I was dreaming," Geet thought, "but why did I dream of him," Geet thought confused,

She looked outside the window as if trying to see him again, but after a long few minutes Geet stepped away from the window as he didn't appear again, and she went and laid on the bed, covering herself up and slept off puzzled,
