i have decided a thing ...read the story for 10 parts ...4 parts updated...yet 6 parts to go...bear with me...then if you are still not in love with raina and arjun ...i will change the names for u..both of them.

another thing .. dont think the story is the same... i have changed things...read u might get attached to it in a diff way..

just have this walk with me.. for 10 parts.. please ...my last request to you !

I wonder if any other writer on IF can claim being pullled back to d forum even after 2 years of complete unannounced disappearance. Open d threads of ur stories and uwill know how much worthy we find u, how much all of us have pined for u to come back. and about the characters well we all have related to it, connected with it, with those names. It wud have been d same if u renamed arjun-raina as maan geet had it been d former to begin with. Though being a writer u get an upperhand-feel free to mould ur story as per ur wish. We all have enf faith in u as a writer😊

You are restarting the story Reet.

In that sense it is a new story. That is the way I will approach it.

As a writer you have a right to name people who you want.

I had the same experience with my story with the hatred against Dev, Naintara, Darji. Some people skipped those chapters completely. And now they are the most beloved of characters for some and people actually want to read more about them.

Writing should not mean repeating the same traits in a character every time. The writer's imagination creates a new character giving a fresh look.

Even though people did not like the name Arjun to begin with they fell in love with him in My Teacher.

Do what you will, but just write...

that's completely allright with us.. thanks a lot for considering our requests... the basic essence of this story is pretty much the same, even if it differs in the way you are presenting this story, so we cant help but recall the previous version... especially a few of your previous readers, who have basically by hearted your story 😆 although we'll get attatched to this one also quite firmly, and start taking it as a completely different one, but for the time being you'll have to deal with the fact of your two pieces of writing pitted against one another 😉 (lucky you; people have to compete with others, you just have yourself to compete with ) and dont say " bear with me " you have no idea how much we have waited for you and your stories, its a willing and happy comradship... 300+ likes on the last update, 242 pages worth of comments on a single update... who gets that... sudden disappearence, a blink appearence at the middle and then again a long disappearence, didn't dampen any of our spirits, we have literally stalked your thread regularly, commented and read your stories again and again anticipating your comeback... and its not us who'll be bearing you... we are super excited... you'll be the one bearing with our constant comparison, comments and criticism... so good luck with that 😊 continue sooon... eagerly waiting...

name doesn't matter Reet story does to me atleast, yeah I know u started writing n we started reading it as a maaneet story but later for me it was d story which got me hooked to dis ff, u just continue writing don't STOP PLEASE...u have changed d story also few scene, its difficult to relate to it n lil confusion was there in dealing with it n all where they talk abt Altaf, taleb etc..may be coz I read previous one Nth number of time so m having difficultly, no problem will read dis as well ;) ...n here by Adi n Rishi talk its evident dat whatever they r doing its not wrong they r not criminal while previously it was quite late we readers found out d truth(so no fun or suspense, sorry I don't mean to hurt or criticize ur writing, infact dis one is more interesting n more mature work den dat n wen we loved dat surely dis will b more loved by us coz of d more maturity of d content,I understand but still wanna know from u, y changed the first kiss, n did u changed d character played along with names?? I mean rishi was played by mohit, yash by jay, su by anjali of dmg, geet n maan by gurti etc...reply plz)

i really dont know what to say after ur note on page 6.

all i wanted was maaneet in ILWE . no other chr is accepted,

i am a die -hard maaneet fan, have never read any other story except on maaneet.

u saying to read few parts till 10 then u r going to decide.?

u tell me, how can that happen?

if we read starting parts with some other chrs and then u jump back on maaneet then what about those readers of urs who wud like other chrs than maaneet? u will make them sad or what? will that be good decision of urs?

and i think u wouldn't b doing that, u r just saying for the sake of time being . u will only do what ur CLOSE one's r saying to u, so why not make them happy and bring on the story as u like to.
i am so sorry for being this straightforward , but from the time i have read that u have changed maaneet story to some arjun raina's (i dont know who r they) i am very hurt, i was so waiting for u to start ILWE , now i think, i shouldn't come and post anything here.
i am so sorry if i was being direct. but that is what every writer on GF does, when she decides something, then they do what it is decided by them. so there is no point of voicing out readers opinions.

just found out that u are writing it again but when i came here and started reading it, i am shocked and disappointed. i have waited for u to start this story, even lost hope but then Teacher started and u said that u will write it again but i guess i lost all hope again and now forever.

i also read ur note di, i completely understand what u are saying and i won't force u to change anything. personally i feel u have increased ur workload urself, if u had just started from the point u left, with chapter 33 (i think), then it would have been better for all of us readers, then there would not have been any confusion or gila shikwa.

ur stories are amazing and u are a great writer, but there is a thing called continuity, and that is missing here, u have not only changed the names but even the plot and deleted the first kiss scene which was an part of the story. frankly speaking when i read these four chapters i could not relate and didn't understand most of the things. it seemed a bit hoch-poch for me. the only thing i felt is there was no need of re-writing and re-posting. u could have simply opened a new thread and start from where u left the story.

i personally won't continue to read the story. for me , from today onwards, ILWE is a complete story with chapter 32 as the last chapter. i will imagine that they have confessed and came near each other aur unka milan ho gaya. i know u won't change anything and there is no use reading this story now because there will be constant comparisons in my mind and confusions.sorry di if i have hurted u in any way, i have just expressed my feelings and my true opinion. don't get hurt

Best of luck for the story.go on writing in the way u want.
