@Purvi: Yes, she did. That is why I suggested you in one of the replies to read at least the last two chapters of the prequel of you don't want to read the whole of it. You will hen completely understand why she reacts in certain ways and why she turned around. 😊

Hmm, now that I have read the update, I am thinking was that poem appropriate for Geet?

She noticed the structured bulk in that glimpse did she?😆

She barley had a glimpse of him, yet she noticed everything about him. Still, she feels that she may not have loved him as deeply does she?

She understands what she's done to him, she understands what she's given up, she even regrets giving him up, than why does she feel she did't have strong enough feelings.

Perhaps she is thinking, when she had to make a choice between her parents and him she gave him up on him, rather then fight for him.

However, that does not mean the love is not there. Sometimes inspite of strong emotions, our upbringing influences our choices a hell lot. We are after all a culture that is all about badon ka lihaz.

She assumed on her parents behalf, what they would feel and how they would react. Geet turned out more old fashioned than her mother. She' s always so enclosed within herself that she may have assumed too many things about her parents without discussing anything with them.

Or I could just be over thinking this and she may genuinely not have loved him enough, as she feels.

She wishes him all the joy and happiness after all and seems genuinely happy for him.

Let's wait and see. Hmm.

Awesome update. Geet finally has some alone time to think of her brief look at Maan after so many years and it sends her to the past where she regrets her decision of refusing him as she thought her parents would not approve of such a relationship. I like he resolve to not let the past get between them and i'm curious to see what is in store next. Fab job as always.
