A long forgotten friend: 😆 loved the title and its interpretation.
Oh My!! And they Finally meet. And what meet-&-Greet it was 😉Unusual, wasn't it? Nobody expected it to be this way. 😆Lovely. He intending to flirt with her not knowing who she was seems to be true, as she usually didn't dress years back as she was now (Teenager Geet and now this refined Geet have undergone transformations just my Tortoise has undergone too ... just not the exact way you've revealed up till now 😆)The transition that you mentioned about his reactions when their eyes meet, varying from playful - surprise of recognition - something unnameable. Gave me a lot of answers I think. One that he is aware of her presence in this city again after years as it was not surprise of seeing here in this city but surprise of seeing her in the pub; other that all that he is displaying to the world and to her as well is a mask of indifference under which is the vulnerable Maan she left rejected years back. He is trying to be the playful flirt so as to safeguard himself from feelings those strong emotions that left him broken and preventing from being hurt all over again be it anyone by not letting them close to his real person whom he has buried for this world. He's like that still water that runs deep... with a lot within him but to the world it all seems good. But then just seeing her face-face caused the minute ripple in him (Unnameable emotion as she puts it). somewhere I'm glad the way he dealt with her in this meeting of sorts. Geet needs this Jor ka jhatka 😆 and all these changes also I guess he needs so that she takes notice of him and this time sits up and corrects her mistake of last time.@Bold: Exactly. Like Shika pointed out with the OS, she is far too stable to feel any emotions, until except she is electrocuted! 😆I guess this was what I was feeling lacking in Vyan that Geet madam keeps him at distance, This edge factor that this new renewed Maan seems to have. He makes it a point for her to notice that he's forgotten her and all that happened years back ... but his emphasis/or just mere mention of "forgotten " is the trick word... which our misguided Geet seems to have not paid attention to.Okay... She basically keeps everyone at bay, but it's going to be very few people who push past that barrage. Surely going to be your TJ! 😳Vyan on the other hand comes across as very observant and remembers details related to others (At least towards Geet I suppose 😉)Hmm... Sahi track pe ho! 😆
