Aaj wale mein mum hadn't added much sweet, since my parents are diabetic ugadi Pachadi became sugarless.😕
Aap ko bhi ye neem leaves khana padta hain?

But later Aai used to make sweet potato kheer with jaggery and coconut milk Yum-Yum.😛

My aai is a Goan, so most of her food is Goan style with coconut added. 😊

Want recipe?

It's very simple

Cut sweet potato into thin slices. Cook i t with 2 spoons sago or sabudana(or you may dd rice flour, make sure no lumps are formed though) in 1-2 cups water. Then add jaggery according to the sweetness you want. You can skip it altogether for your parent's sake. finally add fresh coconut milk, if not, you can add regular milk, though it tastes a little different with regular milk. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Add elaichi powder and pig out on it. Last step is very important.😆

This tastes Yummm... My dadi always prepared it... Delicious... 😃
