The Downpour... Part 6

Geet turned to find Maan just a few inches away from her and the last bit of boldness she had, just dead inward. Her eyes started to well up but she controlled, not to show her infirmity. She wanted to fight back if something unwanted happens but how! She was worried in thinking when he raised his hand. She jumped back sudden. She clutched her bag tight; to keep distance between them when he got hold of her Dupatta and Geet closed eyes in fear. She waited for uninvited but felt empty air around her.

In confusion she opened her eyes and found, Maan was as usual sitting on his bossy chair engrossed in his file but she was soaking in sweats.

"Was I hallucinating?'

Before she could define her mental delusion Maan's loud voice filled in air and she drew back at once.

"Will you please keep your eyes away from me Miss Geet Handa!!!!'

She squeezed her eyes in query. Intention of his words she did not get.

"I know I am that handsome that no one can resist me but don't you think, you're going far from what others do!!!!

She noticed vicious smirk on his lips. Her mind alerted her to go back but she had no another way. With tremble hands she pushed chair back and took her seat but escaped from any eye contact with him.

Maan started with his questioners with her but Geet was thinking "did he really not recognize me? But how it can be possible!!'

"Geet!!'

Maan tried to get her attention but she was occupied with her thoughts and this started to raise his temper against her.

"Miss Geet.. Do you really want to do this job or just came here to drool over me!!!'

"Uu-h?'

Suddenly her mind came in sense and she found him turning red in anger. She was staring him like fool that did not have heard what he had said.

"I don't think you are suitable person for this job who cannot keep control on her mind and eyes. You may leave!!!''

Announcing his decision, he stood up and opened door, showed her to leave that he also could go for meeting. Geet got sudden shock with the turning of this event which she never had expected to be happening like this. She could not gain her mind what to say or do. Though inside she was happy becoming free from here but then Asha reputation and job was on stake that she could never let go because of her. She gained her compose and opened mouth to speak..

"Miss Geet!!! I am not your servant to wait here holding door for you for whole day!!!! Can you get out!!!!!

His vicious behavior was scaring her more but then she had to save this job for few days even if she had to tolerate him entirely.

"I am sorry sir'

Her voice came out meekly that barely Maan could hear. But his temper had already crossed limit and he just commanded her to leave!!! It was too much for her to endure; she hastened out from there keeping tears in eyes, tears of her helplessness and failing. She took lift and reached in parking just to calm her heart down. She gained serenity little while and thought to talk to Asha.

"Where is my bag????'

She looked around. Everywhere, where her eyes could go for search but she did not find her bag and then realized, while running away from Maan's cabin, she did not have taken bag with her.

"Oh Babaji, now what I do?''

She started worrying. No way, again she had heart to go back in his cabin after this humiliation but she had to.

"Why it's happening with me Babaji!!! Why again and again you are forcing me to face him!!!'

She complained and with heavy heart proceeds back to him. She reached to cabin but found it was locked. She looked around to find Adi sir or Asha that could ask for help. She saw a girl was coming her way.

"Excuse me, can you tell me where I can find Adi sir or Asha!'

Girl stared her from top to toe. Geet could not read her intension just waited for her reply. With every passing second something was dying in her heart.

"If I am not wrong, then you're the one who had come for the job with Ash recommendation!!!!''

Geet though did not like the tone of her query but she nodded silently.

"Why do you want to meet her!!!'

"That's personal. Now can you kindly tell me where is she!'

Geet was getting irritated with her unnecessary quires. She was just about to leave from her when caught the sight of Adi. Without any delay she hastened to him and stopped him. Adi asked why she was looking worried. Geet in embarrassment did not tell entire thing just said about her bag and requested to let her go inside and get it back. Adi thought for a while then agreed to help her. He opened the door and let her go inside.

"Geet please do fast.. Maan sir doesn't like if anyone enters his place without his permission''

He was sweating in fear and stood out holding door open.

"Babaji where did I keep it!!!!'

She searched everywhere but could not find her bag and then Adi whispered loud in fear

"Geet sir is coming!!!'

But before Geet could step out Adi hand slipped the hold of door seeing Maan in front of him and it again got locked with Geet inside..

Precap : "Why she was crying!!!!! Why!!!'' Maan mind was not abke to cope with the moves he was doing..
