So glad to see Gehraiyan finally updated!

This one - like all your other chapters - was very well-worded. Though the length of the chapter isn't long but I still felt the need to linger on a few sentences to really grasp the depth of what they meant. Kudos to you, Zarin! You never fail to amaze me with the finesse of your writing. 👏

Like I said, there were points where I lingered longer than you'd think. For instance, I loved the symbolism of the rain washing them both away and renewing them, presenting themselves new to the other, the way they'd been before everything went downhill.

The nervousness Maan felt was, in a way, endearing to me. The way he thought of what he should say and the way all his anxiousness dissipated with one word from her. I don't know if I'm over-thinking it but I do feel that this was how they're meant to be, that she's the calm to his worries.

And finally, he blurted the truth out. For one moment, I did feel like cursing him for ruining a good chance but I think it was for the better. It is better that he keeps the reason for his presence clear in front of her rather than let her - at least a tiny part of her - rejoice that he came for her. And it was at this point that I realised how apt the title was!

So, Maan hasn't come to this place for Geet. Is this a very coinciding coincidence that they're both in the same place at the same time? Is Maan the person who Geet will have to work with? I'll love to see the way they act in front of Kaka, and how much of their relationship that man can understand. And I'd love to see them all professional with each other if they're going to be working together. 😃

Perhaps, this place is going to be a new beginning for them...
Need I say that I loved the chapter? Thanks for updating Z! I'll be waiting for more, eagerly but still patiently. 😊

I just realized I double reserved. First time I reserved when I was half sleepy and dropped my mobile on my face, second when I was munching my breakfast fully awake. Rofl.

Ok..I had missed the most crucial chapters{last two} of this story..One revealed their past and other one took the story forward...

Wow after all the explanation of Maan's nervousness,his failure to utter any proper sentence and Geet's lost state though she was ready & confident,it was the last thing that I expected Maan to say-"I didnt come here for You"

Is he insane or what,after looking for her like a mad person,he jst said that!!!!!

He's really impossibl.
On other thot,Maan may be way too nervous to say smthng logical.

Last line of last chapter smelled of "ego" once again..May be its only me deducing it this way..May be he wanted to say something else as other reader,"Muskan p" had said, He had come there for himself..

I have slightly different opinion (like usual😆)
I might have felt his ego spoke had I overlooked this sentence.

The sight of her now stirred him until his heart shook with a strange mix of fear, temptation and that old… formality that still lay cloaked invisibly over their lives.

This said that he was somehow seeing the old Geet, Geet Handa who was lost to time. When we see your life partner as an outsider, whom you have known few years ago when you don't know them properly, you will feel awkward. And his words those first words he spoke felt to me that he was being honest so that he would not hurt her again, by rising her hopes and crushing them brutally like he did on their wedding anniversary, although unknowingly. For me his reaction made him like him a bit more. It was endearing. Yes, I am a certified loony😆
